NEVER NEVER EVER let any Valet who is managed by this company park your vehicle.
They scratched up my bumper driving too fast into a driveway with a deep gutter and they had me write up an incident report and provide two estimates as per their instructions. I was in communication with them weekly and they kept telling me to file a claim with my insurance. When I did and my insurance got a hold of them Execupark told them, «our limitation of liability for damages is maximum 250 $.». Why didn’t they just tell me that when I sent them the estimates they asked for? I will never have a Valet park my car again. If I could give this company and the whole valet industry no Stars I would.
Just a side note, in California, valet services are not liable for any damages over 250 $ anywhere in California. If they lose your car, their maximum liability is 500 $.

Cheating all I should say is criminal what they did on me! I went to the grand harbor restaurant and used their valet parking in Burlingame, after I finished my lunch the parking guy recognized me right away. He gave me the key and asked to drive my car by myself. My brand new Toyota Prius was parked between a truck and a pickup. At the moment I was trying to squeeze myself into driving seat without paying any attention when I got at home, the front bump and lamp was all wholely scratched and broken. I will say and promise: I will never never use this company service anymore:(

Took 45 minutes to return my car, messed with my radio and went through my center console for whatever reason. My console is broken to where there is kind of a trick to get it to close right, and when they returned my car it wasn’t closed… They have two Unilocal pages and the other one is full of horror stories too.

At first, I thought I was going to get a limited amount of attention entering the parking garage on Mason Street, but when I got in I got greeted by the parking tenant who was very nice and kind and took very good care of my car. It was also a very reasonable price, even though I stayed at a hotel near by and had to pay for the parking there. Like most other people I like to leave my car with being I can trust.

We had to use this company cause they were contracted through the hotel we stayed at. $ 35 a day and they take forever to bring and pick up your car. There’s a hidden fee of $ 5 on top of the $ 35 they don’t tell you about. We found that out when we got our hotel bill. We stayed at the hotel on New Years and they raised the price to $ 45 plus the extra $ 5. Not too mention you had to be in by 7PM that night and there were no in and out privileges that night after 7PM. On our last day at the hotel I found a cup of coffee left in the car, the radio settings were changed, and a ¹⁄₈^th of a tank of gas was missing. I’m not accusing anyone of joy riding or anything but it was a little suspect in my opinion. I really didn’t care too much cause the car was a rental but if it was my own car, I would have been pissed and said something. Next time I will look for a different parking garage. I will not use them again. I’m not sure if it was the Turk location or the Ellis St location but either way they suck!
