From full service, grand scale event planning, weddings and corporate galas for 800 to intimate dinner parties for 10, Foxtail Catering and Events creates events for every occasion.

History

Established in 2010.

After receiving numerous requests for private events from guests that had experienced Chef Halvorson’s other culinary venture, The Phoenix Supper Club, Foxtail was created to bring the same excellence, passion and precision to catering. Our food forward mentality and referral based staffing guidelines have enabled us produce some amazing events for some amazing clients. We have done everything from building a carnival in City View at The Metreon for 250ppl, to creating made to order stations for 1000ppl at UC Berkeley to executing super refined 15 course, wine paired experiences for 12ppl. We do it all!

Business Owner

Originally from Kentucky, Tommy moved to the Bay Area in 2004 to pursue his passion for cooking. Now in 2011, having worked at some of the finest restaurant and catering kitchens in the Bay Area including sous chef stints under such notable chefs as Bruce Hill and Thomas Rippy, Tommy has made a name for himself in the underground dining world as Executive Chef and Owner of The Phoenix Supper Club and popular pop-​up restaurant EAT. With the launch of Foxtail Catering and Events, Tommy will bring his passion for excellence to help create unforgettable private and corporate events.
