This man was one of the best landlords I ever had. I lived in one of the buildings he owns on Mission Street near 29th. He took all my problems and concerns very seriously and always called me back quickly. When there was a problem with the stove/​oven he realized it would be beneficial for all involved that he buy a new stove for the unit. There was a problem with the tub drain and he took care of it, thinking long term. The unit was expensive but beautifully redone, with new windows and floors. I wish that every person in the world could have a landlord like this!
