Genie Logic provides fast and affordable computer service for businesses and homes. Independently owned and operated, we focus on providing great customer service with fast turn around, great results and good prices.

We offer service for networks, desktop computers and servers, and bring strong expertise in Windows, Linux and Mac systems. We commonly do PC and Mac support, repairs and upgrades, OS installation & optimization, data transfer, backup & recovery and user training. We also service network devices such as WiFi access points, firewalls and routers.

We also offer IT consulting and service for business. This includes implementation and support of LANs, WANs, VPNs, file servers, Linux systems, centralized authentication with Active Directory, MS Exchange Server and Blackberry Server. We can do integration work on these systems including the setup of a single sign-​on environment by linking your all your systems to a centralized user accounts database.

History

Established in 2007.

Genie Logic was founded by Pete Cornell, an experienced IT professional with over ten years of experience. Pete is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and draws on extensive technical experience to bring high quality service to Bay Area clients. Pete has worked as an IT Engineer for a wide variety of companies, beginning with internet startups in the dot com era of the 1990’s to scientific research groups, financial services firms, biotech companies and universities. In 2007 Pete started his own company in an effort to operate with more flexibility and make an impact on small businesses and individuals.

Genie Logic operates with a focus on service and technical skill and since we operate independently we will not try to sell you products or services you don’t need. We believe in delivering high quality solutions that bring you tangible results.

From this broad work history Pete has gathered a complete set of skills in information technology that covers all modern operating systems, computer hardware and networking devices.
