Goswami, Strand and Seaborn

I would give 6 stars, if possible. Virender Goswami and his staff are absolutely outstanding!
I am sharing my experience because I know there are other people out there that probably feel helpless like I did in my situation and don’t know which attorney to select.
My case was pretty complicated, but Mr. Goswami, who is a very astute and caring attorney, and his staff who are very efficient, handled my case to a succesful outcome. They were very thorough in getting all the details from me, formulated and told me the strategy on how my case was going to be handled, and efficiently communicated the progress of the case at every critical juncture. They helped me fill out all the paperwork. They even helped me get difficult to obtain documents that I thought would be impossible to get all the way from India. They never let me feel like I was alone in this fight.
I would say they are EFFICIENT, EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGABLE, PROFESSIONAL and PERSONAL!
They all take pride in what they do and really care about the difficult situation their clients can be facing. No wonder why they are the premium immigration law firm in the Bay Area! And the best part is that their fees are very reasonable. Some of the other law firms wouldn’t even take my case and the ones that offered to take my case wanted to charge me 2 to 3 times the fees that the Goswami law firm charged me. I am so glad that I selected the Goswami law firm to take on my case!
Anyone that wants to have a strong chance of winning their case, be treated personally and also not pay a huge amount in fees, must go to the Goswami law firm.
Mr. Goswami listens very carefully, very professionally explains how the case can be handled because he is very experienced, knowledgable and creative. I can assure you that if you have any immigration matter, there is no better firm than the Goswami law firm!

Unfortunately, my experience was bad with this law firm.
Response to emails is very lethargic. In fact, at times, doesn’t care to respond at all!
If they claim they are experts they shouldn’t take weeks to file something when all the paper work is completed from the client side. I had this frustrating experience many times.
I was so upset with them that i had to find some time from my busy schedule to write this comment.

Hard to believe there is only one review on Unilocal (I take it they have moved to Fremont).
Both Virender Goswami and his brother Pushpraj Goswami are incredibly helpful and kind people.
I am blessed they have been there for me and my family, always good to offer sage advice.
