Executive Chef and Manager James Zarur brings inspired classic diner, breakfast, and brunch favorites to a new and highly improved Grub. With scores of successful ventures under his wing, Chef James’ partnership with the new owners of Grub (nearly 20 years experience in the modern diner and brunch business) was an easy decision for all parties.
