My friend had a very unfortunate incident here. He left his car with the parking garage and was given a ticket. When my friend arrived back to the garage 20 minutes later, there was no attendant to get his car. He waited for 10 minutes and no attendant arrived for him to pay or get his car back. In addition, the office that kept the keys was unlocked and his car was kept unlocked. My friend got his keys from the garage and proceeded to leave since the garage seemed unattended. One his way out, a parking attendant came out screaming. When my friend explained that nobody was present and the car was left unattended the parking attendant became irate and threatened to call the police. My friend offered to pay the $ 10 even though the car was left unattended, unlocked, and the keys available. The attendant refused to take the money and said he would still be contacting the police. This place in unprofessional and I would not trust my car there. Park down the street at the O’farrell Mason garage, at least you will get better service.

Parked at the 555 O’ Farrell parking late at night after a 6 hour drive. They gave me a ticket with no address and no phone number. Being very tired, i took the ticket and was just thinking to get to the hotel. Tried to pick up my car three days later and could not find the parking. Of course I couldn’t rely on the ticket because there isnt an address on it. What business doesn’t have an address on their tickets.

Last weekend I parked my car at the 550 O’Farrell parking garage. I was greeted with a friendly smile when I pulled up to the valet. The attendant was extremely courteous and helped me out of my car with my two kids. He even went out of his way to get my bags out of the trunk and set up my stroller. Who does that? Great service so definitely park here!

Never use their services! I took my car in there on a Saturday and left my refing bag in the trunk because I didn’t need it that night. The next morning when I’m at the game I notice my g shock watch that I got for my birthday is missing. Lost my trust and what an invasion of privacy! If I would have left it in plane eye view that would have been my fault but they went through my car! Never use their services! Pay 32 dollars at another garage. It will be cheaper in the long run!
