After working for other companies I helped co-​create and establish In And Out Hauling Inc. based upon moral standards and eco-​friendly principles. Great and fast service! Gave me a quote over the phone and came a couple days later on a Friday morning. Got a punctual call within 15 minutes of arrival and asked if it is okay to ring the doorbell… I had mentioned earlier that I may have a baby sleeping on the phone when I got the quote and requested them to not ring the doorbell. I almost forgot that I mentioned it! I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism, especially for a hauling service.
Great price and friendly guys. Highly recommend them to haul away your crap!

Jon and David did a great job of clearing all the junk out of our garage and backyard… and there was a TON! They were quick and even swept up the area after they removed our junk. I’m hoping we never let the crap pile up like that again, BUT if we did need hauling services for anything, they’d be the first I’d call.

These guys are great! I called in the morning, and got a call back a few hours later with a profuse apology that it took them that long.
The team showed up right on time, and they really were in and out. The price was exactly what they estimated. And they really cleaned up. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

We had In and Out Hauling come to our house a few times as we were in the process of moving and our junk and throw aways continued to pile. Not only were they fast, and cheap (we had previously done a junk haul with 1−800-GOT-JUNK and basically GOT-​SCREWED re price), but awesome to work with. We highly recommend. I needed to hire a hauler for some stuff that got left behind in a move. In a basement. Down tricky stairs. Heavy stuff.
In and Out took the job without hesitation. The owner worked with me since I was a last-​minute job and kept communication open between me and his driver to make sure the timing of their arrival (and mine from San Jose) was in sync.
They showed up, I showed them what had to go, and they got rid of it. They’re an excellent team, professional, and — you guessed it – In and Out!
I appreciate that they recycle and sort through what they haul away to lessen what ends up in an actual landfill. I also appreciate they accept credit cards using their handy mobile devices.

I just got off the phone with Justin and have an appointment for later this afernoon… once again he has bailed me out! My business has used In and Out Hauling several times now, unfortunately I tend to call at the last minute when I realize my guys can’t do the dump run, they are always extremely accomodating, professional, and do a great job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

These guys were awesome. Very friendly, professional and QUICK. They moved a heavy couch, several mattresses, 4 – 5 large chairs and an old TV with the stand for a great price. Some things had to be carried up the stairs. Everything was moved cleanly and carefully– HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Justin and his crew are absolutely amazing! Courteous, professional and everything else you would hope for when dealing with a service provider.
We called them because of their other Unilocal reviews and they exceeded our expectations even with their 5 star reviews. They were able to schedule the removal for the same day though that is not always possible, but they will try.
You must call In and Out Hauling if you want reliable and amazing service. Even the doorman in our building was impressed with how they handled the removal of the furniture we wanted hauled away.

My wife and I got carried away with pruning the backyard plants and trees. Before we realized it, we had a mountain of trimmings piled in the middle of our yard. We figured it would take at least ten oversized compost bins to get rid of everything.
I called In and Out Hauling. Justin came out and quoted us his standard price. And this was on a Sunday! By the time we got back from work on Monday, the yard was clean of the detritus.

I reviewed this company back in November; we’ve had occasion to use them again two more times and they’re still punctual, courteous, reasonably-​priced, and they sweep up after themselves. We also hired two of their workers to do some «reverse hauling» — we needed a large quantity of stones moved from a truck into our backyard, and I have to say that Lorenzo and Manuel worked harder than I’ve ever seen any two human beings work… and with a smile. Great company to do business with.

Oh hell no! Yea you heard me, that’s exactly what came out of my loud inappropriate mouth when I rolled up to our rental and laid my eyes on massive bags of crap all over our lawn complete with a raw decomposing turkey covered in kibble. Who does this? I’ll tell you who, renters that don’t care.
Prior to calling my standard worker, (you know the vato that charges you less but tries to rip you off at every turn) I called in and out on suggestion from my other half (note the «other» and not «better»)!
In and out came the same day, hauled an enormous amount of trash, construction debris and misc (think the turkey) and they charged us Less money than my guys– LESS!!! They were on time, quick, respectful, and low cost. Very professional and on point. We would not hesitate to use them again — now if only I could have saved the turkey!

Argh! My trusty washer broke down costing more to be repaired than what it is worth! So, I had to buy another one. My new washer was delivered, but alas the people forgot to pick up the old one and I’m stuck with a washer in my garage… what to do?
A quick internet search later and I found at least 6 Bay Area junk hauling companies. In reviewing each website’s list of prices I found the cheapest started at a discounted $ 109…just to pick up a washer.
In & Out Hauling didn’t have a price listed, but there was a phone number to call and request a free quote. So, I called.
The person who answered was very helpful and a two person team was dispatched that day (just two hours later) to haul away my old washer for a modest fee. YAY!
If my dryer (fingers crossed, knock on wood) bites the dust, I know who I’ll call in the future– In & Out Hauling!

In & Out Hauling was just that! They were IN and then OUT.
I booked them a day prior and the job was done extremely fast the next day. They came within their 2 hour window. Even called 20 mins before they arrived to give me a heads up. Very helpful since it was a workday. I would definitely recommend them for both commercial and residential hauling! John was very nice and efficient, as was Justin.

Ok… first things first. I admit I’m a bad Unilocaler and should post more reviews than I do. I’m trying to make amends.
So, this is a great place to start. These guys are AMAZING. A well-​tuned Swiss watch of a company.
I was a bit nervous, since I was asking for hauling/​gardening/​pruning and an idiot with a machete or chain saw is a special kind of idiot.
I had spent hours looking at the Amazon jungle that was my backyard… lamenting…cursing…and then I got the chain saw and well, you know the rest.
I had a gargantuan (love that word) pile of dying crap, spiders, beetles, thorns, ivy, etc. So, after some unanswered emails, unreturned calls, etc., I happened upon In & Out. First call? Perfect. They answered (good start) had a price list ready, described in detail the process, and booked the appointment.
Then the unthinkable happened… they showed up on time. Two guys. With tools, a truck, etc. They looked at the job, nodded, and went to work. I had spent countless hours swearing that it would take an army, a bulldozer, or a fire to clean up my backyard, but they did it. In under 3 hours. They even checked in now and then to see if I wanted more, or what I thought of this or that. I would have sworn it would take at least 6 hours and had budgeted for that, so I even got off cheap.
All was cleaned up, broom swept, and hauled away so fast that I felt stupid that I thought the task was insurmountable.
Plus, they pruned the trees and bushes perfectly. AND they compost it all!
I really don’t know what could have gone better. Oh, and the staff at all points was exceptionally friendly.
If they start a housecleaning business, I’ll sign up for that too.
So…AAAAA+++++. Perfect from start to finish.

My mother has lived in her house for almost 50 years. The basement was totally cluttered with furniture, rags, old clothing and bedding, etc. You name it & it was there. A neighbor had used this company last week & told me how pleased In & Out Hauling were. I called & within a couple of days they were out. John, the foreman, instructed the 2 young men and within 30 minutes the whole garage looked wonderful. They even swept up as a courtesy. They were extremely reasonable & efficient. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I had 15 years of stuff collected in our home. So we decided to clean up the enitre house and have a fresh start. To make a long story short, we called this company after we saw our neighbors use their service and we gave them a try.
This was a great decision on our part. They gave us a quote and scheduled a pick-​up time and date. On the day of the pick-​up, they called us early saying they finished up early at another job and would be over in 20 minutes.
All I can say is they were very well organized and hauled away 2 full truck loads in about 4 hours. They did an awesome job! I definitely will be calling them again in another 15 years when I have a more junk.

I am writing this review 30 minutes after I got the quote and 5 minutes after they came by to haul my stuff away… I’d say quick, wouldn’t you?
So, we are having our first party this weekend at our new place and I had to clear out some junk beforehand. After calling some hauling companies that I had seen parked near our place and getting lots of «ummm» and «well» and uncertainty on how much it would cost for my items, I finally got a number I could work with but I wanted to see what Unilocal had to offer.
These guys didn’t have any reviews, but they had it together: their page was informative, it had an eye-​catching special offer, and they were organized. When I called and told them my items, they quoted their standard minimum package right away. However, it was $ 25 more than UMMMM’s Hauling. When I told them that, they looked at their pick-​ups for the day, saw that there was a guy out in my neighborhood at the moment, and said they could not only match but BEAT UMMMM’s Hauling quote. AND that they would be here within the half-​hour! That was barely enough time for me to get the items together and find my checkbook!
All in all, when you need to de-​junkify, give these guys a call… they’ll dump your junk affordably and efficiently so you can move on with your life.
