I’ve known Julia for 4 years and have trained along side of her. She is a great instructor and has an excellent workout regiment. She is very easy to work with and makes others better one class at a time.

I have the hardest time working out, I lack motivation and if I am not having fun then I don’t even try. Working out with Julia has been really awesome. She is really fun to work out with and very encouraging throughout the sessions. I feel myself pumped up the next day to go to the gym. I enjoy the challenges she throws at me. If I have trouble with them, she takes her time showing how to do it, even if I still don’t get it, she is really cool about it. I am really happy that I was able to find her. I never thought I would look forward to working out, until I found her!

Some people are great at what they do and some are great teachers. Yulia is a rare kind that excels at both. I have trained with Yulia for the last 6 month and made a huge progress. My cardio improved significantly — I can do long distance runs without breaking a sweat. I recommend Yulia to anyone who wants to learn muay thai and/or get in shape. She is very energetic, a great communicator and fun to train with! If have a busy schedule and looking for intense workouts and self-defence techniques, hire Yulia — you won’t regret!

Its coming up on 10 months since I first started training with Julia. My allergist recently remarked that my lung function and asthma had undergone a remarkable transformation to the tune of 25 percent increased lung function. This directly correlates to working with Julia. Whereas the intense cardio workouts do not obviate the need for prescribed medication(Advair in my case), they have directly resulted in what my allergist describes as an amazing improvement in lung function in a very short amount of time. As simplistic as it may sound, changing the way I breathe [in accordance with Julia’s training], combined with the heart-pumping cardio intensity has had a direct impact on the quality of health. Not to mention the accompanying boost to self-confidence and ability to push myself far beyond what I had imagined possible. Julia’s passion for training comes through her caring for her clients and tailoring her approach to meet individual needs. That makes her stand out and up high in my book. But don’t take my word for it… it’s something you have to experience yourself!

I have been training with Julia for about five months and have really enjoyed it. First, Julia is a sweetheart of a person, is polite, has great energy, a sense of humor, is professional without being uptight, and is just fun to train with. Second, she knows what she’s doing. She pushes me to my limit without going past my failure point. Her own technique is excellent she is very good at combining conditioning, strength and technique in every session. I could write multiple paragraphs about Julia as a trainer. But to sum it up, if you’re interested in one on one kickboxing style training with someone who will really motivate you, while keeping it fun and engaging, you can’t do much better than Julia !
