Born in Russia, Marina Serebryanaya obtained her Master’s degree in Slavic languages from the Moscow State University, the best and most prestigious school of the former Soviet Union. She received her J. D from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1996 and is an active member of the California State Bar. Ms. Serebryanaya is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for all districts of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
