Sergio H.

Business Owner

Sergio Benavides graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law. He worked previously for Fresno County as a Public Defender, helping people fight charges from juvenile case to serious life sentence charges like attempted murder. He has extensive experience in the courtroom, arguing motions, doing legal research, negotiating great outcomes for clients, and fighting cases all the way to a jury trial when needed. Mr. Benavides’ high amount of expertise earned him certification as a Criminal Law Specialist, denoting a high level of competence in the field. He is Costa Rican American, and fluent in Spanish. He has had numerous successes at trial, often winning, or hanging jury verdicts. He has achieved complete dismissals of criminal charges numerous times. He enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, and politics.
