Worst service I have ever received. We are leaving this law firm for better representation, and now have to start the process all over again. We have waited over six months of being ignored and passed around from person to person within the firm. This company is disgraceful, don’t waste your time.

It was Thanksgiving night and I had just spent it with my family in San Jose. I was on my way back home when we were suddenly cut off on the freeway by someone that decided to come to a complete stop right in front of us. We stopped in time, but someone behind us slammed into us at full speed. My car was totaled and so was I. Unfortunately that night was spent in the ER. I was so upset and in so much pain for a long time after. I found attorney Michael Silvers online and they got back to me right away. They sent someone out to meet with us and I felt carried through the legal process without a hiccup. I don’t know what I would’ve done without the individual attention and support I got from Michael’s office.
Like many of us, I’ve been struggling through this economic recession, but Michael took care of all the bills without question. He paid for all of my medical services and made sure that I was safe and taken care of. I highly recommend attorney Micheal Silvers. I’m so grateful to them for their unconditional support and individual attention. They have seen to it that I receive a more than equitable settlement, and that is such a blessing when I’ve had so much hardship due to this horrible accident.

If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! This firm has the WORST follow up and follow through I have ever experienced. They never call you back, they don’t keep you updated, they dopn’t tell you when they need more documentation or info. They absolutely suck and I’m so upset that I got trapped by the flashy website. Do your research and STEAR CLEAR!!! Horrible, horrible experience!
