Let Us Copy Print & Design

When my co-​founder and I needed posters printed out we contacted FedEx and a few other printers in SOMA. FedEx told us it would take them at least four hours to print two 30″ x 20″ posters. Other printers told us it would take 1 – 2 days to complete.
I called Let Us and the owner told us he could start our print job immediately! We walked over, handed him a thumb drive, and 10 – 15 minutes later we had our posters. It was easy and it was fast. The prices here are comparable to other print shops too.
Highly recommended!

Like their name states, let them copy, print, and design!
Located just a block from my office, this shop provided me with quick and friendly service when I needed a last minute print job. 8 cents per copy! Besides bringing in your files, you can also email them (doc, pdf, and more) your files to print. Pretty easy peezy!

They are very friendly and have patience.(not like some other stores I visited before)
I came to SF for conference and left my business card at the office. Find their information online and called them before I came here.
In the end, Greg helped me designed and printed 100 business card in less than half a hour.

Have had them do printing on a regular basis for years. Great service. Listens to client requests and will accommodate special requests and time requirements. They also can do layout and design which is a real plus.

I first used Let Us Copy @10 years ago in their first locations when they were new, and I’ve never gone anywhere else since. Personal, knowledgable, friendly, helpful service, the job is ALWAYS done perfectly and usually sooner than I need it. Prices are good too. If I can find a local independent product/​service provider that does the job as good (and in this case, better) than the big chains, that’s where I want my money to go.

Forgot to print some passport documents and desperately needed them before 845am. I called before they opened (8:15) and he told me I could email my documents to him and he’d have them ready when they open. Came back at 8:30, documents ready in hand and the price was unbelievable good! So happy about this easy, quick and convenient experience! Thank you!

I needed a PDF printed for a meeting in the city. Greg was very quick with emails for my little 15-​page color printing request, and the process was efficiently (just emailed over the file and picked up the prints) and fairly priced. Nice, polite and helpful folks — would recommend and use again!

A little difficult to get to, but once I was in Greg was very helpful on even my small (5 copies) print job. He was quick and helpful, and was very fair with the price. I wasn’t there long, but the place deserves a great review!

These guys inspired me to write my first Unilocal review. Their service was awesome. Website easy to use. Quality of printed pieces were fantastic and the price was fair.
They were great. Sent them files while on the plane and when I arrived in San Fran they were ready for pick-​up.

Bit hard to spot initially. The entrance is around the corner and you got to ring the buzzer to enter the building. Really good customer service and needless to say, they do a great job. Inexpensive and one of the best places to get your prints in SoMA.

During my recent work trip to San Francisco, I needed an easy costume. Rather than carrying something in my already full bag, I decided I’d just print something and go sandwich board style. Easy right? Right.
A day before the event, I searched around and found these guys. They were a breeze to work with — a quick email with the files and a confirmation that it would be ready by the time I needed it. I was overjoyed. I’d asked for 8 total poster-​board sized pieces, color, printed on basic poster-​weight board. I’m no stranger to printing larger items and I mentally estimated the cost at $ 100 on the high end given the comments on other reviews about competitive pricing and my previous experience.
I arrived and was greeted by the harried printer, trying to cut off the ¼ inch white strips on the paper. I assured him that wasn’t necessary, mainly to speed up the process. When we got to the register, he tallied up the printing. My total was $ 425. For 8 printed posters. Four hundred and twenty five dollars. That’s more than I paid for my flight to San Francisco. Hell, that’s more than I paid for my flight to Puerto Rico. I was stunned. Absolutely floored. I thought I’d misheard. After witnessing my utter disbelief, he was able to secure a 15% discount.
So I walked out with my «costume» for an event, that I had yet to assemble, that was too curled to be of use anyway because of the printer, that I ended up throwing away after the event for the cost of about a thousand other things I’d prefer to have spent that money on.
They are really easy to work with. Five stars for that. But $ 400+ for 8 pieces of paper and ink is just unconscionable. Just punch me in the face and get it over with. It would hurt less… and my hospital bill would probably be right around the same price.

I worked with Greg to print my wedding trivia cards and programs. Greg was responsive to my questions, flexible in working around my budget, and went out of his way to make sure my print job was exactly as expected.
1. When I didn’t know what kind of paper to use for my programs, Greg suggested I swing by the shop to check out their selection and quickly ran a test print for me.
2. When Greg realized one of my files wouldn’t print as I envisioned it, he immediately notified me to make changes.
3. When through miscommunication, one of my jobs was run on the wrong paper, Greg re-​ran the job on the correct paper, free of charge.
When all was said and done, they delivered high quality double-​sided color prints, exactly as I imagined. These are all the reasons why I will be doing all my future print jobs at Let Us Copy, Print & Design.

Just went there, with lot of different copies, had lot of patience with my request. Nice guy, 5 stars.

This is place is brilliant. Full customer service with knowledge. Allowed me to use their WiFi to email from my lap top. Just off Market Street close to Embarcadero make it convenient.

All of my print jobs are last-​minute print jobs, so I need a printer who can ease my stress with a «yes» answer to everything. The guys at Let Us are «yes» guys, and have always come through for me with quick service, competitive pricing, and even delivery.
I just email my print jobs to Greg (I really like being able to email a real person, vs. some nameless alias @bigcorporation.com), he gives me a quote, an ETA and I swing by to pick them up. I’ve had lots of posters & promotional stuff printed here and the quality is always perfect. I will never waste my time in another big box copy shop again!

I needed raised ink letterhead for my organization and this was the only place in SF that could get it to me in 5 days. Most other printers were quoting a 7 – 10 day turnaround. If that were not all, they also quoted the lowest price: $ 140 for 500 sheets.
I placed my order on a Monday morning and, what do you know! I get a call three days later telling me it’s ready for pick up. Not wanting to deal with the atrocious parking situation in the Financial District, I paid over phone and had them deliver the paper to me curb-​side.
Finding an efficient printer in SF is a difficult job: the more complicated tasks such as raised ink, foil printing, metallic edges are often sent out to printers on the East Coast or the midwest. But for now, Let Us Copy is the closest I’ll get to having my printing needs satisfied.

Responsive, quick, high-​quality, nice and dependable — all the things you want in a printer! Every time we need brochures or programs printed at the last minute, this place is acommodating and quick to turn the job around. They were very helpful with all of my requests. This has more of a small business vibe as opposed to a corporate environment like Kinkos or Office Depot.
I had some pretty extensive requests. I called several copy & print places and most of them said they wouldn’t be able to help me. Let Us Copy, Print & Design not only said they could help me but they were enthusiastic about doing so. I highly recommend coming here for any copying, printing, or designing.

I called this location after reading the Unilocal reviews (and also after calling some other companies who had good reviews, but I was not thrilled with after chatting with them over the phone).
Greg (I believe he is the owner) was SO helpful and patient with me when I was clumsily describing a project I needed an estimate for. I am sure my confusing description lead to my frustrations with the previous locations I called, but Greg was amazing. He talked me through details, was very reassuring, and repeated & clarified my project back to me as I was describing it. Not only that, but his estimate was more reasonable than the other quotes I received. Even if his prices had been higher I would have wanted to go to him purely based on his customer service, but because he was the most reasonably priced means I can now justify using him for all of my work and school projects!
Not only did he handle my job professionally, he also turned it around quickly (and rushed a few last minute pieces that I added on because of my initial miscalculations).
I highly recommend this business, it is a wonderful family-​run gem in SF’s financial district.
