Taught by an active writer who has received literary awards for her work, these workshops are for writers at all levels: the «I’ve always wanted to write a short story,» to «Help me fine-​tune this draft of my third novel.» Writers get rigorous, supportive and enlightened critique on their pages at every class meeting. Individual sessions are also available. Class size limited to 10, usually kept at 4 – 5 writers. Whether you are writing a short story, a novel, memoir, article, personal essay or non-​fiction piece, workshop will help you find your voice, structure your work, get in touch with your own unique vision and concerns, and bring your language to its most powerful and beautiful level. Business Owner

Mary Rakow, Ph.D. in Theology, runs the business, conducts each workshop and is an active, published, award-​winning author completing her second novel. When moved to do so, she also writes about art.
