Lot 21 is a newly renovated, 5,000 sq. ft, ground level space that is perfect for photo shoots, off-​site meetings and special events, located in the historic Dogpatch District of San Francisco. Modular wall units allow for flexible space configurations. Fully stocked with A/​V equipment and seating for executive level presentations. Easy and spacious entrance for drop-​off and pick-​up of props and equipment, with plenty of room for parking. Lounge and full kitchen with premium appliances located on a mezzanine level, overlooking views of the studio floor. From a small table-​top shoot to large corporate event, Lot 21 is the ideal space to make your clients feel at home.

We came here for a company party. The space at Lot 21 Studio is beautiful with some art works through out the walls. Modern, loft style, a section room divided by moving wooden walls.
About over 5,000 sq. ft space, located in the historic Dogpatch District of San Francisco adjacent to Esprit Park just a ½ mile from AT&T Park.
The loft features a lounge and full kitchen with premium appliances upstairs where the catering service was, overlooking views of the studio floor. You can see their floor lay out here
It was difficult for us to get to this building using Google Map and Waze. It kept us circling on the top of the overpass. If it wasn’t for our friends to tell us put in Esprit Park, we couldn’t get here in time for the event.
It’s cute space but it gets cold quick. There’s a neighbor with a big dog lives on the above floor came in, asked us what time the event would end. That was odd. We were here for a Holidays party and it was from 4 – 7 PM only.

Amazing space. We hosted a sales conference here. The open floor plan and clean modern lines gave a whole new feel to our event. Everything was set up and perfect for us.

State of the art photo studio, with all the bells and whistles! We created some beautiful daylight photography at Lot 21 Studio for an advertising shoot, and the production went so smoothly. There is an immense shooting space on the ground level (which was super convenient for loading and unloading), a state of the art kitchen that accommodates a large crew, a client lounge and large bathrooms that include a model changing area. Best San Francisco studio I’ve worked in!
