Description

Specialties

We are a full service San Francisco maintenance company. Our crew includes plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile layers, painters, cleaners and so on. We have been renovating apartments, condos, homes and commercial buildings in San Francisco since 1995 and much of our 18 man crew has been with us for the last ten years working on our own development projects. We offer maintenance work, turnover services and renovations. I bill out small repair work on a T&M basis ($ 50/hr. depending on trade) and provide fixed bids for larger jobs. The company is licensed and insured. Craig Lipton, the owner, has been in the apartment business in the city for the past 20 years as an owner, broker, manager, contractor and developer. More information can be found on our website.

History

Established in 2002.

The company grew out of my own maintenance needs, as I acquired apartment buildings in San Francisco. Between 1995 and 2000, I had purchased over a dozen properties throughout San Francisco totaling over 200 residential units. in the past few years, we started developing TICs in the city and expanded the crew further. The past couple of years, we started offering our services to other owners.
