I found Juan and his team through a recommendation on Next Door and had my first cleaning service today. They were extremely easy to communicate and coordinate with and did an excellent job cleaning my studio apartment very fast and thoroughly. They are affordable and I will be using them regularly. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

I have been using the MOCE cleaning service for my apartment for the past 5 years. They came highly recommended from my neighbors and in fact, just about every apartment in my building uses them. I’ve been working with Juan since I moved into my new apartment over a year ago. He and the team have been excellent. It’s very easy to schedule time (even last minute) and prices are affordable. I trust them in my space and they’ve always been great to engage with. In the last year, I’ve never had a single complaint. Highly recommend!

Juan and I have been working together for over 12 years. Rocio, Juan, and Rafael are simply great people. They are professional, honest, and very hardworking. They aim to please. They have always gone above and beyond to provide great janitorial services at every level, from a simple apartment turnover cleaning to regular weekly and monthly services of larger apartment, office, and professional medical buildings.
I have recommended them to many friends and family and all have been impressed with their services.

Juan, Rocio, and Rafael are wonderful! They have been cleaning our house for about 15 years. They were reccomended by a neighbor who is very meticulous, so we knew that Juan and his team were good. It is always so relaxing and refreshing to come home after they have been here and to sink into a clean and fresh home. Rocio and the rest of the MOCE team are very responsive and do very good work. I’m a property manager, and we use them for unit turnovers as well as regular weekly service at our buildings. They always follow up with necessary updates and always leave our buildings clean. I would highly recommend MOCE.

I have used this cleaning service for 9 years, starting in San Francisco when living in Jackson Street apartment, when we moved outside city to Burlingame moce cleaning came with us and have now been cleaning weekly for us in Burlingame 7 years. I highly recommend them and very satisfied with their cleaning and they are very trustworthy.

I have been working with Juan and his staff (including some of his own family members) for nearly 15 years, starting with regular service at my condo in Potrero Hill. Three houses later, my wife and I rely regularly on Juan and his team. The day he comes is a day we always look forward to – like a mini vacation! Nothing better than coming home to a perfectly clean and organized house.
