I bought 3 vouchers from Living Social in mid-​January for Psychic Intuition. After several phone calls, lots of excuses, multiple re-​scheduling, a no-​show and a double booking, I finally had one psychic reading in February.
Between late March and today, May 23^rd, I have called repeatedly trying to make appointments to use the remaining vouchers. Not a single call was returned. After leaving several messages, I went to the business location twice during what were supposed to be their business hours and the business was closed. Today after my 3 subsequent messages were not returned, I called Living Social to request a refund.
After explaining the situation to a Living Social Customer Service Representative, he suggested he try to reach the vendor. He was able to reach them using a different telephone number. He then connected me to «Mindy». With Living Social on the phone, she promised to set things straight, get me in right away and apologized profusely for the problem — although she said they had no record of any of my calls. She promised to call me back in an hour when she had access to her appointment book.
When she called me back, she repeatedly insinuated I was lying about the messages I left. She said «what’s the problem, it’s only $ 60.» I told her as I live on a very limited income, $ 60 is a lot of money to me. She told me that as I was unhappy she had arranged with Living Social to refund the 2 remaining vouchers.
I called Living Social to verify that the remaining vouchers were being refunded at her request. Yet another lie! They had no record of her arranging to have the vouchers refunded. Living Social is now refunding the remaining vouchers at my request. According to Living Social they have had a number of other complaints and mine has been added to the others.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and money — stay away from this business.
Two psychics I do highly recommend are Felix Lee Lerma in San Francisco and Sarah Spector in San Anselmo — both are very gifted and work with integrity.

Stay away from this place… It is a sham… After multiple attempts to get an appt. I finally got one and the person was a ‘No Show’…I was told that her 2 yr old daughter was having a melt-​down and could I reschedule… Very very shady place!!!

Do Not Go There! It is a rip — off!!! You plan to see one person and than her mother comes in to do your reading! What «Psychic» has her cell phone on and lets it ring in your session! Gets up to go for coffee and then leaves to talk on her phone!!! I waited for over 1 hour to get someone to read me. And, I was the only one there. This is after I came in from a overseas trip and drove there, told her I was on my way, as we had spoke earlier on the phone. (days earlier). Went to the store, waited then had her ‘mother’ read me. I bought this on Groupon! I guess you get what you pay for!
