When it’s late at night and everything else is closed, this restaurant is a godsend. Overall, their pizza isn’t outstanding, but it’s not bad by any means

Just moved to San Fran and Pizza Joint was the only option available late in the night. Went reluctantly due to bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The place was decent, the pizza was tasty (got the shrimp slice), and service was good.
Will return

Gave this place a second chance for some crazy reason & all around gross.
Ordered their burgers & super overpriced frozen patty bullshit sogginess it was.
Got a soda to go, flat, & when I asked for ice
The lady at the counter who didn’t seem to speak At first, very quietly said she could go upstairs & get some? Weird.
My friend orders pasta a few weeks ago & it was this soupy mess, gross.
Never going back especially after I saw the inside, looked unsanitary, & the people were just sweaty & awkward.
Skip pizza joint & just smoke a joint & make your own pizza at home, or find anywhere else

So I order a Philly cheesesteak I say several times no mayo because I’m allergic.
So my order comes and its mayo then I call and the lady says oh you weren’t specific I say no I told you like I tell any other place. And I tell her I’ll return everything when the driver comes even the fries.
So then she says ok somebody will be on the way. Then she calls back and says the chef said he didn’t put mayo. Then I tell her it’s mayo I know what it is. So then she says ok somebody will be on the way. And rudely hangs up. To make things worse they come back with a steak sandwich with no cheese and I didn’t even receive a fresh order of fries. I hate how the lady would rather take a chance and have me get an allergic reaction than correctly serve her customer. I ordered here many times but this is it.

So maybe I have finally learned my lesson for trying to get a Philly Cheese sandwich from here! After 5 tries forget it !!! All I want is meat and cheese and it come s with Mayo, tomatoes, and who know what else!!! Manager could care less about it also !

The slices are a good size and always fill me & my sister up. It’s a small mom and pop place so the atmosphere is great. Added bonus, the pizza is made fresh so it’s nice and hot. Love it here.

Perhaps the only place in the area that’d deliver a pizza so late after a Monday night out! It was 1:30am and all other places were closed or almost closed. Pizza Place pulled thru in the clutch.
My friends and I ordered a large pepperoni (and 2 sides of ranch after calling back a few minutes later).
Reasonably priced.
Arrived in an hr.
Pizza was still hot.
Pepperoni were curled up and crispy.
Just a solid, beautiful looking, tasty late night pizza.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! I ordered a cheese burger pizza and received a plain cheese. When I called to straighten out the error, I was met by a rude and blunt employee who said they’d make the right one then hung up before I could ask say anything else. An hour passed and I called to check in on it, my multiple calls were ignored but once I used a different phone they picked up almost immediately. When I asked about the status of my correct pizza they said it was on the way then hung up, again, before I could say anything else. I’m appalled by the lack of service.

This is a pizza place that is great when you’re drunk, okay if you’re starving, and just no if you’re looking for a decent place to eat. Pizza slice is big (since they charge $ 4/​slice) but almost entirely dough with not enough sauce.
Positives: open late, excellent service
Cons: food, the regret at spending so much for something that’s not delicious

Couldn’t make deliveries even though it was processed online! Worst customer experience ever. Order from any other pizza place available and save yourself money and time.

This used to be the spot to go to. Good pizza, good prices, open super late. Now, it’s awful and I won’t be going there again.
Long story short: I was craving pizza but didn’t want to order a full pizza. So since this place is about 5 blocks from my house, I went there on my way home. I ordered specialty slices. The girl behind the counter was friendly and repeated and confirmed my order. After I paid, came the wait. I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. After they called other people for their orders, they stopped calling orders. After confirming my number with the girl at the register when she asked earlier, I asked. After 43 minutes of waiting (completed my order at 11:02pm, got my pizza at 11:45pm), my pizza slices were sitting up on the top of the oven. By the time I got them and got home, they were cold. Of course, he didn’t make them right either. Gave me one that was not even close to what I asked for. Buffalo chicken pizza was dry. Overall crappy pizza. NOT IMPRESSED ANYMORE.

Always over an hour to deliver ½ a mile away. They forgot items in the order AGAIN. So much frustration for mediocre food.

First off let’s start with the positives about this company, they deliver late night and the prices are very cheap! Secondly I asked for a delivery special, which I always ask for, the lady over the phone said they had a large pizza with a drink, I said cool give me a Sprite. She then called back and said we don’t have Sprite what about a Sierra Mist, I said that’s fine. Wow when I tell you our pizza came with two fountain drinks in a bag I froze up, really I thought!
I called them and I didn’t get the lady I guess she was expecting my call because the manager answered the phone, I explained to him I got the wrong drinks and by the way they were fountain drinks! He begins to defend his employee which is fine and he kept saying she told me that was the special, ummm no and I told him you guys shouldn’t deliver fountain drinks, the soda gets flat and the ice melts and they were in a bag! He insist I’m wrong she’s right and I just hung up! I can’t believe he was arguing with me as the customer who orders pizza from them all the time, but not only that after all of it the sodas weren’t even Seirra Mist!
Well that’s my last oder from them, and note to the owners, you should be more customer friendly no matter who it is! Thanks.

Ordered online you would think they couldn’t mess up an online order but they did and the delivery was an hour and a half late. The customer service is rude and I will not be back would not recommend going here it’s not worth it

Forgot to make our order. Forgot my added bacon after remembering to make the order. I gave up. Last time a while back I made a phone order they didn’t make it until I got there.

The pizza is good but everything else taste store bought and microwaved.
The service is fine. I usually call for take-​out and my food is ready in 15 minutes. When I call for delivery, it usually takes 30 minutes to an hour.

Warning: Horrible customer service on the phone. Very ghetto voice when ordering over the phone.

Too bad the customer service isn’t like the pizza. Good pizza very very bad service especially the little fat girl! The kid that took my order looked confused and the girl said they were out of soda when they had it. I live only a few minutes from here but I’d rather go to Foodco and buy a frozen pizza.
Coming from a Business owner, customer service is your key ingredient.

As far as the food goes… it is really good. I ordered the xl Philly cheesesteak pizza and it comes with a free soda. (Mention the free soda after spending $ 19.99) the taste was good. i did add siracha and pepper and parm just becuase of my taste preference, but alone the pizza did pull through with flavor. dough was not burnt which was a good thing. They have ice cream and cookies for dessert if that’s something you’d like to add.
The place itself needs a little work. looking up @the ceiling there are water spots and marks on the walls. Unless they’re trying to add it to the personality of the place then I’d get it, but otherwise it can leave that face where you look like you smelled something funny. The smell is also unappetizing… with reference to the outside odors. I had to move around to find a spot that veered away from it.
I give it 3 becuase of the pizza. The place itself I could have gone without seeing. I would order delivery or to go next time. Or not delivery?? Cuz the other reviews don’t seem to like em. Lol

STAY AWAY!!! Granted the food is fairly good for delivery… but the service sucks! It’s hit or miss with this place– and tonite sent me over the edge!
First they hire kids to answer the phone. When I inquire about my order that is an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE, the kid tells me that“yeah, it’s going to be another 20mins cuz my driver just left” I say: another 20mins? It’s been over an hour! Her response was «yeah, it“ll be another 20mins». So not worth it! I live only 5minutes away and they can’t deliver a simple cheeseburger within a 45min to hour wait?
Do yourself a favor, and find another spot to support. They already charge you $ 2.00 delivery fee. Take it elsewhere for better service.
