Louie saved my husband and I a lot of stress! He arrived to our house as it was scheduled with all the right tools and equipment. Louie was very professional and friendly! He was very knowledgeable, and did not mind me watching him working (as I was curious how it all worked). He also offers lifetime labor warranty, that’s good to hear!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRO-​TECH, as you can’t get better service than this company! His price was excellent and gave me a discount, so I made sure he gets a good tip in return!

Pro-​tech is a top notch company with outstanding customer service!
I was referred to Pro-​tech, along with several other vendors, through my insurer. I contacted each of the companies regarding a broken window and all of the others were mediocre at best. When I spoke with Louie, he was friendly, helpful and clearly someone who takes pride in their business.
My repair required a special order window which took a few days to arrive. Each time Louie said he would call me, he did, while keeping me informed of the status of my order. He set my expectations appropriately regarding when the window would arrive and he arrived ON TIME to the appointment. The job he did looks amazing!!!
Louie is someone who truly understands what quality service means and I will recommend him to everyone!

The owner, himself, Louie Mendez, came out to do the job. He was happy to answer all my questions while he meticulously worked, keeping an orderly and clean work area. He expressed genuine appreciation for my business, excellent customer service, and skilled craftsmanship. He worked hard. He was careful. He was friendly. I liked it.

I can heartily recommend Pro-​Tech Auto Glass in Palo Alto. They came to my workplace, replaced my windshield in less than an hour, and then came to restaurant where I was having lunch to drop off my keys. THAT’S good customer service!

i love these guys. i basically have monthly meetings with them as my poor baby car is a hot target for bay area crackheads, and they always come to her rescue. they are so nice, they respond quickly/​work fast, and they’ll come to your place to do the repair so you don’t have to go driving around with your windows busted in.
you have to call them and leave a message on their voicemail with your insurance claim number and all that but they call you back soon after and get you set up.
