Dropped my phone to be flashed, guy name David Williams took the phone (galaxy s 3) and he never came back to the shop STOLED my phone, owner of the shop said its not his responsibility, even known the guy worked for him, so now I’m dealing with the police.

You can stop looking now. You have found the guy that you need to help you fix your internet stuffs. As you can tell from my vernacular, I’m not particularly good at fixing things when it comes to boxes that connect my computer to the world wide interwebs. So, when some jerk in my building hacked into my wifi network and changed the password so that I couldn’t access my own wifi network, I decided to call Rich to help me. Best decision ever! Rich came to my house (on time, just as he’d promised) and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He was courteous, nice, and fixed the problem so that it can’t happen again. And for a really reasonable price. I highly recommend Rich!

I purchased a Unilocal coupon and read all the great reviews about his service.
a little taken back at his shop being inside a gas station but hey, whatever works.
my laptop kept over-​heating and would shut down, he said it was the hard drive and I would need another one. ok, whatever works.
He installed a new hard drive and said he had gave it a thorough check-​up. picked up my lappie and soon after I got home, it started to over-​heat again — same problem before I went in and paid $ 200 for a new hard drive/​labor,
I took it back to him, and he said he would check again,
it’s my fan, this time. ok. said he installed a new one and ran a stress-​test on it.
«everything works great, it didnt over-​heat» ok…
got my lappie back, worked for a minute. but guess what?
it over-​heated and shut down again, can’t really tell if the fan is working.
it also seems my battery might not work the best as after charging all day, it will run out of power 5 minutes into it.
if a stress-​test was done, wouldn’t the battery have been tested, too?
ok… well it doesnt work and which is unfortunate.
I just purchased a new laptop because obviously mine is not working despite the new hard drive, fan and stress-​test.
He is a nice guy and I am sure he knows what he is doing (see all the positive comments) but for me. my experience was less than positive since my lappie still has the same problem he claimed to have fixed.

I stopped by the shop with my laptop one day during regular business hours and no one was there, the door was locked, and there was no note. So I emailed Rich through his website and was surprised to get a quick response. I told him my laptop problem and he explained to me that he was out at a clients when I stopped by the day before. Fair enough. We set up an appointment to bring my laptop in the next day. I arrived 30 minutes early and no one was there again, so I went back to my car and waited for my appointment time. After the 30 minutes in my car I went back to the shop and there was another customer waiting who asked me if I had an appointment and I told her I did and it was right now. She said her appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes earlier, but was running late. I informed her he wasn’t there 30 minutes ago. She decided to leave and I waited another 20 minutes for Rich to show up, but to no avail. I left and emailed Rich, giving him the benefit of the doubt, and asked to reschedule the appointment. I received no response.
He may be good at fixing computers, however I will never know because his business ethic is terrible.

I also found Richard on Unilocal.All the reviews were so *****5 stars. You can’t go wrong by taking your PC or MAC to him. It’s better than going to the Genius Bar, the Genius Bar comes to you. Prices are great! He is a great find!!! So check him out.

I took my HP desktop computer in because my cursor kept freezing. Rich diagnosed the problem overnight and discovered part of my operating system was corrupted. He re-​installed the operating system and it now works fine.
My only complaint is that he did not fully understand that I use Outlook for my e-​mail so my address book and all my e-​mail folders were completely lost. Perhaps I should have been clearer and I thought I was, but Rich may not have heard me.
So be sure Rich writes all the software that you want saved. Beyond that, Rich was very pleasant, fast. and his rates are very reasonable.
Although parking around his shop is very difficult, I recommend Rich very highly.

I highly recommend Richard. I hired him based on his excellent Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed. The job was to install my new Dell computer – have it in ready-​to-​use condition. He connected components, moved files, moved the cable internet service connection over, etc. Very nice, personable and polite to work with, as well as very competent and patient. He had to come back several times as a result of changes I made, and was always patient and cordial. I would definitely hire him again.

Richard helped me out twice so far with IT needs. He sped up my slow computer in less than an hour. What a nice difference to work again with speed and responsiveness. That was 2 months ago and things are still running smoothly.
This week I asked him to install a router for wireless service at the house.
I was all set in less than a half hour. He also took the time to double check his previous work and make sure the new anti-​virus software was performing as it should be. There were no problems.
Richard is prompt, personable and very reasonably priced.

Rich kind of saved my life when my computer seemed totally dead. He got it to work again, backed everything up, and fixed some other hinging problems with my laptop all for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

I took my laptop in to Rich for a tune up and virus scan, and was very satisfied with the service. He is professional, reasonably priced, and works quick. Can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommend this place!

My laptop had viruses that McAfee missed (Happili, alureon) that made my laptop unbootable. Scary. Richard’s office is near my house. I dropped off my laptop and within a day, he had copied all data off my hard drive, reinstalled Windows and replaced all my valuable information. This was over a Friday night/​Saturday. He did so much more than I expected. THANKS!!!

Thank goodness we found Rich! We have two different networks and over a dozen different users. Now I don’t have to spend hours having Comcast and AT&T tell me that the problem is with Netgear and Linksys, and Netgear and Linksys telling me the problem is with Comcast and AT&T. Rich has been able to fix every glitch and insure that we all can reliably access the internet. He is a great problem solver. We trust Rich for all our computer system issues and his prices are always reasonable.

Since Unilocal felt the need to filter my reviews on Richard, I’ll write another one. (really Unilocal)
Richard is prompt, reasonably priced, easy to work with and fixed a failing hard drive on my complex gaming computer. Just read his other reviews, everyone is happy with his work and it’s well deserved. 5 stars for the third time, for an excellent job and customer service.

You cannot beat Rich’s prices as well as getting a first rate computer tech to work on your computers. He works fast and is as nice as they come. I’ve used Rich a few times now and have referred him to everyone I know. I have had several friends thank me over and over again for letting them know about him. I found Rich computer service on line and decided to call him after reading his reviews. He has been incredibly responsive, professional and he actually knows what he is doing.
Since our original business exchange, he has become my IT go to for my small business. On several occasions I’ve had to call him for an SOS call and he always responds as if I am the most important customer.
I truly appreciate his commitment to business and customer service and hope not too many people find out how great of a service prover he is :) .

My computer was infected with spyware. I used my iPhone and the internet to try and remove it. After a few hours of spinning my wheels, I called Richard.
He came to my place after he finished his current appointment. After explaining the issue, he gave me a flat rate that was very reasonable. I’ve used the Geek Squad in the past and they’ve charged me 3 – 4 times his rate (Geek Squad is a total rip off). After an hour, he removed my spyware and fixed a couple other items on my computer too.
Everyone needs a good IT person, if I have any issues in the future, I’ll definitely use Richard again. Completely recommend him.

Rich Computer Services is a very reliable and knowledgeable computer support service. My work and home office was in need of a new computer support service and after receiving a reference on Richard I decided to use him. I was very please with his prompt service and knowledge of computer systems. I have used his service for setting up new computers and maintaining the ones I already have. He has removed computer viruses and helped me with many issues I have faced with my office computers. I recommend using this company to anyone!

I started watching movies online and it was amazing to watch movies that were in the theatre from the comfort of my home. NOT so amazing was the ridiculous virus I got on my WORK laptop. Rick came over and explained how the virus worked into my system, removed it and gave me steps I should follow if any virus symptoms came back. They never did come back and I love having an on-​call computer doctor! Very responsive and professional. I have recommended Rick to friends and co-​workers.
