We take a comprehensive and personalized approach to wealth management that incorporates both investment management and financial consulting services. We work with a wide variety of clients and specialize in the needs of women and the LGBT community.

Our practice is unique; we believe that emotions hold vital information needed for making clear, thoughtful choices, and financial choices are some of the most significant we make in a lifetime. Instead of following the industry standard approach of removing emotions from decision-​making, we welcome them, work to understand them, and allow them to intelligently inform our clients’ most important financial decisions.

Established in 2004.

Robasciotti & Associates, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Rachel J. Robasciotti with the firm’s other principal, Maya Philipson, joining in 2006. Following success at large financial services firms, Rachel and Maya chose to found their own financial firm because they wanted freedom from the pressure to sell proprietary products that were not always appropriate for clients.

Focusing primarily on the needs of women and the LGBT community, Robasciotti & Associates, Inc., provides completely independent advice that puts advisors on the same side of the table as clients, using a model that ties advisor compensation directly to the services that benefit clients most.

Business Owner

Rachel Robasciotti founded Robasciotti & Associates, Inc. in 2004 and continues to head the firm as one of its two principals, directing its overall policies and strategies. She oversees the firm’s financial consulting and investment management services and maintains compliance with industry regulations. Rachel’s focus is the firm’s clients, ensuring that she and the firm understand each client’s specific needs and goals.

Prior to founding Robasciotti & Associates, Inc., Rachel was a business strategist at Prudential Financial and the top financial planner at MetLife Securities. She ultimately chose to found her own firm because she wanted freedom from pressure to sell proprietary products that were not always appropriate for clients. Rachel decided to start Robasciotti & Associates, Inc. to provide completely independent advice that puts advisors on the same side of the table as clients, using a model that ties advisor compensation directly to the services that benefit clients most.
