My skin broke out in a rash while I was doing Whole30, and I was completely freaked out. I tried my derm and primary caregiver and no one called me back. I finally thought to talk to a nutritionist since it was likely due to the cleanse. Samantha was recommended to me by a friend, so I gave her a call (mentioning it was urgent.) Samantha got back to me right away and helped me work through what I’d eaten that could have caused the issue. Since then, she’s helped me with other nutritional needs like how to eat right given my dairy allergy. I couldn’t recommend Samantha more.
