Joe has been my «mac guy» long before PDAs, Ipads and imacs. He has kept me connected and updated since I began my business in 1994. He is responsive, fast, knowledgable, and has great relationships with the Apple store. I have many contractor that I work with, and Joe sits at the top of the list for go-​to knowledge and support. I could not recommend him higher.

I worked with Joe today and could not be happier. My Mac is quite old and he had to come up with some creative solutions for my problem but I think we got it. He’s personable, knowledgable, courteous, cognizant of how he’s using the money you’re paying him (e.g. I had some files to copy over that is going to take hours and we talked about other options as opposed to him just sitting and babysitting the files). I will definately be using him in the future and recommending him to others!

I had a power outage last week while working on my iMac. When the power came back on about five minutes later, my computer wouldn’t start again. I tried everything I knew, even zapping the PRAM, but still, no go.
I called Joe and he gave me one suggestion that worked! Thanks so much, Joe. I really appreciate your knowledge and patience.

Jupiter Consulting saved my life by recovering files that I needed off my Mac. (Don’t ask me what I did.) They were fast and friendly. Plus, they didn’t treat me like an idiot like so many other tech companies do. Hands down, the best Apple consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area.
