Life is all about balance, and balance starts here. Get ready to work out hard, play hard!
Sweat Republic is a group fitness studio that is all about community. For the people, by the people, our values are represented by strength, community, power, surfing, suspension, and sweat!
We offer unique classes like:
*SurfSet (think surfing on dry land)
*TRX (suspension training using your own body weight) *POP Power Yoga (yoga with great music)
*Don’t Worry Be Yonce (popular Beyonce dance class)
*Twerk It Out (if you have always wanted to love to Twerk)
To bring the fun back to fitness, shake up your workout with us at Sweat Republic!
History
Established in 2014.
A small group of passionate fitness enthusiasts founded Sweat Republic when they were not getting what they wanted from their normal workout routines.
Fitness with friends is fun, and that is why we created Sweat Republic! It is about group fitness by the people, for the people, and we welcome any feedback and/or suggestions!

Business Owner
I don’t believe in just working out anymore. Fitness should not feel like a chore, and I want to build a community of people who want to really enjoy getting SWEATY. At SR, you might find me teaching SurfSet and TRX classes, working the front desk, sweeping the floor, taking a nap on the back patio, or just cheering everyone on, while participating in the classes myself. While not at SR, you will find me doing product development in the food/beverage industry (my other job), sailing, night photography, international travel, running (usually near Crissy Field — love that view!), or catching a show (music or comedy most likely).
