My company has used Telenet for over 10 years now. Hal Epstein is a total pro, and a really nice guy, too. His crew installed a phone system for us when we first relocated our offices to San Francisco and then saw us through an upgrade about 5 years later. They helped get everyone up to speed and have always given us great service when we’ve needed it, which is rarely! They sell solid products and stand behind them. Doesn’t get better than that. If you are looking for a phone system for your office – and I understand they are now offering cloud-​based phone systems, too – I can recommend them without reservation.

From the call to the service visit, Telenet was on top of their game. I was referred to Telenet by the automatic AT&T service, when I called my former phone system company and they were out of business. I used Telenet’s convenient online «contact us» feature and was called back within a couple of hours. After a quick chat to ascertain they could help my company, a service time was set for the same week. And they were even early! I can’t say enough good things about Hal and his team.
I am very happy with Telenet and recommend them fully.

We had Telenet Solutions install our new phone system when we moved here four years ago. The phone was light years more robust than our old system and Hal held our hands for months until we worked out the quirks. Thank goodness for Phil (our Tech), as he comes back for additional changes as people come and go. I don’t think there is anything Phil does not know — and kudos for explaining all of our issues in easy to understand manner.

Telenet Solutions installed our new phone system for the Small Business that I work for. They were courteous and professional from beginning to end. The install technician was extremely helpful in briefly training our staff on the new features and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. He even came back a week later to make some small changes we overlooked. We were very pleased with the pricing they had to offer and transition from the old system to the new system was flawless. If you are in the market for a complete new system, upgrade or just need repairs. I would definitely recommend Telnet Solutions. Ask for Hal.

I work for a small satellite office of a major broadcast corporation. We used Telenet Solutions twice for our office phone system. The first time was to repair a broken control unit and the second was to move all of our office lines into a new space. Both times the technician was thorough, professional and helpful. Our office phone system is very functional and we are very happy with the hardware and support Telenet Solutions has provided.
