The Taco Bike

I’ve had tacos from a truck quite often, but tacos from a cart/​bike not until now. That (and the guy’s cool jacket) was what caught the attention of my two friends and I as we were looking at all the different food carts at Fabric 8’s street food Friday. Between the 3 of us, we had two tacos (2 tacos for $ 5).
The fish taco was not fried, but I can not judge the taco since I do not eat fish. I did eat the seitan taco (vegetarian) which was declious. It was cooked with lots of onions. My friends liked the seitan better than the fish (but that is also because they are used to and prefer fish tacos with fried fish). He was out of shrimp by the time we got to him.
But overall, tacos from a bike, how can I not be amused. You’ll most likely need to stalk him if you wish to find him.
