Unwind on Union is a neighborhood restaurant and full bar located on the hip and trendy Union Street in Cow Hollow. This New American Classic Cuisine was developed in collaboration with renowned Chef David Adjey and will be chronicled on his show «The Opener». This eclectic menu features a lobster corn dog, crab cake slider, salmon waffles, tri tip steak and vegetarian options as well. Unwind has a very lively and friendly atmosphere, serving specialty cocktails well into the night. We feature modern décor in the front dining area, sidewalk tables, and a greenhouse patio with 6 flat screen TVs.

History

Established in 2010.

Since our opening in the summer of 2010, we have brought an eclectic American cuisine dining experience to the Marina/​Cow Hollow region of San Francisco. In addition to the unmatched menu, we have a full bar open late night, a fine selection of worldly beers and great wines. We are currently the only bar on Union Street to offer wines on tap. Trust us, they’re good so come try them for yourself.

Unwind on Union was selected as one of the few restaurants by renowned Chef David Adjey’s Food Network Show «The Opener». Chef Adjey worked closely with owners Todd Slosek & Kai Vance to create Unwind’s unique and eclectic menu.

Both my partner, Todd Slosek, and I are thrilled to make our dream of opening a restaurant on Union Street into a reality. We are extremely excited about the menu David Adjey designed for Unwind and are looking forward to sharing our favorite classic American dishes with San Francisco.

Each of us brings a different strength to Unwind. My familiarity with the industry comes from having worked as the COO of High Flying Foods, while Todd’s background is in politics and PR. We are both long-​time Cow Hollow residents and are excited to bring a fresh new dining experience to our neighbors.
