From the first day that my fiancé and I worked with Jeff, we felt very comfortable with him about our home-​buying process. Jeff is friendly, approachable and has a genuine desire to make sure people find the right home for themselves. He understood our requirements and made it his priority to find properties that met our specifications, yet stayed within our budget.
When it comes to communication, Jeff is faster than the speed of light. He was always available to talk to us about anything and responded promptly via all forms of communication — text, phone, and email. It seems as though he anticipated our questions before we asked them. Jeff’s timeliness in responding to our numerous questions and comments exceeded our expectations of a realtor.
In addition to his prompt communication, Jeff researched and sent us potential listings on a weekly basis. It showed us that he was actively searching for a home that met our specifications. This dedication eventually led us to our home.
We could always count on Jeff to meet us on time for everything, which includes taking us to tour homes, meeting at a central location to sign documents, and attending the escrow office together. It really showed that Jeff respects our time and realtor-​client relationship.
Jeff is very knowledgeable and insightful on homes in the San Gabriel Valley. He informed us of items to consider, such as necessary maintenance on older homes, the possibility of remodeling or expansion, and future resale values. Jeff is a very honest and genuine guy, and we never felt pressured by him. Jeff always had our best interest in mind, and wanted to make sure that we were ultimately happy with our decision.
It was very evident that Jeff’s level of professionalism and patience helped us succeed in securing our first home. He briefed us on his communications with all parties of the escrow process, which allowed us to understand every step along the way. We had questions on everything — contingencies, loan process, seller disclosures, etc. — and Jeff took the time to explain everything. His confidence and certainty allowed us to be comfortable with signing numerous documents.
