Dr. Sid Danesh is a clinical assisstant professor at UCI, USE and Western university. Sid Danesh M.D. has interest in general dermatolgy and cosmetic surgery. Internal medicine experience has helped Dr. Sid Danesh in providing the best care to general dermatology patients. Dr. Danesh has two offices in Beverly Hills and San Gabriel. Dr. Danesh has provided his services in these offices for several years. Dr Sid Danesh takes advantage of different lasers in his cosmatic practice. Sid Danesh provide services to neonate to very old ages. Dr Sid Danesh enjoys solving the challanging cases.

History

Established in 1992.

Dr Sid Danesh after finishing his residency in dermatology, joined WAYNE STATE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE FACULTY as instructor and clinical assisstant professor. Then DR SID DANESH moved to southern California and Joined Dr Hohen practice who later on retiered and trnsfered his practic to DR SID DANESH. Dr Danesh started his practice in BEVERLY HILLS a few years later.

I saw Dr. Danesh twice for treatments and always leave happy and with good results.
He makes sure that you’re comfortable and not in any pain by using numbing cream before any procedures, which is a huge plus for someone who has no pain tolerance like me. I feel that he truly cares about my well-​being as a patient. He is very observative and looks out for me by telling me his findings/​concerns regarding different things he observes after the initial greetings. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to look beyond my main complaint.
I like that he also contributes to the future of medicine by teaching students every clinic day. This tells me that he loves what he does! I read in the other comments about how people didn’t like the students being in the room but they’re always very respectful and you can ask them to leave if you want to.
Oh, and he is also very funny and entertaining. Don’t be scared to joke with him and ask him a million questions :)
I would definitely recommend my friends and family members to see Dr. Danesh for any skin issues any day.

So after misunderstanding Dr. Danesh made things right and apologized for his staff. He had another staff member contact me and set up an appointment for my husband. I wanted to wait until my husband went to see Dr. Danesh before updating my review. According to my husband dr. Danesh was very professional and explained the entire process. he was very patient also very understanding of raising fear of needles. he also laugh and joke along with his assistant and made him feel very comfortable. My husband is looking forward to seeing him again with the followup.

I waited over 90 minutes for my scheduled appointment, and the doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me, it was like a joke but not at all funny, they booked way more appointments than they could handle, therefore the quality suffers. Dr. Danesh himself and all the staffs were very friendly, but I much prefer a competent physician who has respects for his patients’ time. The small parking lot in the back of the office was fully occupied when I arrived, street parking was the only other choice, you need to be careful about parking on the street in front of the office… the patrol does give tickets.

Dr Danesh
Is the best Dermatolgist in LA county. He is a Dr who will solve all your problems and won’t limit questions or care about Insurance etc. His staff is incredible and they really care about treating one. Dr Danesh is very compassionate and brilliant. His pricing is extremely fair and can get you in at any locations same day. Finding a dermatologist is so hard but I have to say that I hit the jack pot. Both San Gabriel office and Beverly hills are great.

I did not have a good experience at this clinic. Making an appointment was easy enough, however, the actual visit was not pleasant. I spent at least 15 – 20 minutes speaking with his medical student who took detailed notes on my medical history, including some specific treatments and medications that I have been on, and am currently taking, that are no longer effective. Dr. Danesh spent no more than 2 – 3 minutes with me during the office visit, and immediately wrote prescriptions for my general condition, for the same medications that I previously took that no longer worked. Had he actually bothered to read and/​or ask the medical student about my medical history, he would have known this right away. I had to verbally tell him again, after spending such a long time recounting my history with his medical student, that they were not effective for me. In the end, he forgot to write a prescription, and I had to drive back to the clinic to ask for it.

I have been seeign Dr Danesh for many years monitoring moles on my back. I have had one removed and no cancer. Thanks to his knowledge and compassion I know I am in good hands and do not worry about skin cancer. I trust him 100%. He is fast and precise and calms any fears you may have. He is very funny and relaxes you even in the most stressful times. He does have a very long wait time, but just be prepared with a book. I will continue to see him and will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Danesh is a good, fast, and efficient doctor, however I have to give minus one star for the wait time. The last time I came we waited around an hour with an appointment before we were able to see the doctor. The surgery the doctor ended up performing on my boyfriend was very meticulously done and quick so we’re really happy about that. I think because the doctor is so popular and has so many patients, the wait time is pretty long. For some reason whenever I called ahead and asked the front desk employees about current wait time they always said no wait time although I always waited for at least 20 minutes after arriving.
On a more positive note, the doctor is really funny & fun/​has a good sense of humor. The other nurses/​doctor aids are really great as well and super informative/​helpful to all our inquiries. Dr. Danesh always tries to help us save money. Huge plus.

I’m writing this review on behalf of myself and my fiancé. My fiancé is actually the one that introduced me to Dr.Danish. She comes her for her acne. Although I think she is beautiful no matter what I have definitely seen a change since she’s been coming here. She’s more confident in the way she presents herself because of Dr. Danish. In addition she no longer complains to me about how much pain she is because of cysts she used to get. She’s very excited to see what continual visits will bring.
I’ve met with the Dr. Two times for skin tags on my neck. I’m INDIAN so I get these little dark tags which in time I know can get bigger. My next visit we will be taking care of more of them in preparation for the wedding!
All I can say is Dr. Danish is not only professional, approachable, but a true miracle worker on skin.
The only and I mean ONLY thing I can complain about is the ladies at the front. They are not friendly nor do they greet you BUT please don’t let that turn you away

Another great visit here at the office!!! The regimen of clindamycin phosphate in the morning and retin-​A at night has been working great.
Instead of picking at my pimples how I used to my q4−5 week visits has been helping my skin immensely!
I know I promised photos of before and after but I forgot this visit so next visit for sure. I will snap a photo of my stubborn cysts and pimples, one after the visit, and a week later so you can see the progress for your own eyes!!!
Again the only thing I can say is don’t let the UNFRIENDLY ladies at the front scare you away (I.e again not greeted) he’s worth it despite them

Just to let you know, the doctor is knowledgeable and seems caring. The reason I’m only giving him 1 star? The wait! The horrible wait. Unless you have the first appointment of the day, you are going to wait at least an hour before being called in. Then expect to wait another 15 — 20 minutes in the exam room before you actually see him.
He has students and interns working here as well and they often follow him when he checks in on you. So things may be awkward if you have something gross. Overall I would not come back only because it takes almost 90 minutes between the time you show up to when you see the doctor.

This is one of the worst practices in San Gabriel Valley. Years ago, my dad only wanted to get a mole removed, Dr. Danesh proceeded to talk about correcting everything BUT the removal of the moles, and made him spend a large sum of unnecessary money out of pocket. He also didn’t do a very good job, as one mole was not completely removed, which also later got infected. Unfortunately my mother didn’t know which doctor this was and went in as well to get a consultation on getting a mole removed.
The appointment setter/​secretary was extremely rude to my mom. It was cold and blustery outside, and my mom had arrived maybe a few minutes prior to opening their doors after lunch time. Although they were in the office by that time, the secretary blazed past my mom to enter the office, and as my mom was about to ask a question, the front staff basically yelled, «NO!» slamming the door behind her and not even looking at my mom.
So seeing as my mom did have an appointment, my mom goes out to fill papers out anyway. They practically threw these papers at my mom. Asking for the release of responsibility for any and all issues, which my mother refused to sign. On top of that, there was another form that included a very unfair payment schedule, stating basically that the office could change charges or fees at anytime, and that it is the responsibility of the patient to ask for a mailed copy of these fee changes.
Really weird and untrustworthy practice. DO NOT GO HERE.
