I found out about Celina through a few mutual friends. She was the first florist I consulted for my wedding and the only florist I wanted to book with (even though I had several other florist appointments that day). She is very friendly and her work is amazing! You can tell that she loves what she does and she definitely puts the customer first. The other local florists I consulted with were the total opposites in personality and their styles were really out of date. It was a no-​brainer choosing Celina as my florist!
Celina was helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. I sent her my inspiration board on Pinterest and she interviewed me on what I liked and didn’t like. I knew nothing about flowers but she was still able to translate my vague ideas into a creative and detailed plan. The end results were absolutely beautiful! My floral arrangements looked like a conglomeration of all my Pinterest ideas but so much better!
I would wholeheartedly recommend Celina to anyone looking for quality flowers uniquely arranged at a reasonable price along with great customer service! Thank you Celina!!! :)

My wife and I had our wedding a few weeks ago on June 4^th. What more can you ask from a vendor? Celina was super nice, responsive, worked with our tight budget, gave my wife the exact bouquets she wanted, designed our altar (by attaching flowers, creating a dangling flower backdrop, and adding draping) and decorating the cake beautifully.
I mean seriously what else can I say in this review? It was all perfect. We did do some of our stuff ourselves (like centerpieces and such) but everything we asked her to do, she did it exactly to our vision. She listened to us, gave good ideas, asked the right questions, knew about so many flowers (I don’t know anything about flowers), and knew what was in season when we had our consultation.
Celina was just perfect. If you’re skeptical at all, just get a consultation and you’ll see for yourself.

Celina is the best! She did the flowers for our wedding this past May. She was very responsive to our requests and did a phenomenal job listening to our direction and really taking it to the next level. Celina is amazing! We had a vision for our wedding flowers (bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, chuppah flowers, centerpieces, boutonnieres, etc) which we shared with her with Pinterest and she executed on them flawlessly.
With all of the other stresses of the wedding planning, working with Celina for flowers was so stress-​free because she gave us so much confidence that she understood our style.
The flowers arrived on time and Celina helped place the chuppah flowers and they looked really, really awesome.

Hands down my favorite vendor for my March 12, 2016 wedding! When budgeting for my wedding, I had initially wanted to DIY all my flowers to save some money. Of course, before making that decision I had emailed a couple of florists for a quote and each came back with quotes at $ 3−4k or more for the flowers I had in mind (hydrangeas, roses, and other flowers mixed in). $ 3−4k! Not what a budget conscious bride has in mind.
So, I spent hours upon hours researching how to create the centerpieces I had in mind, where to buy the flowers, etc. I even did a run through and everything about 6 – 7 months prior to make sure that it was even doable. It wasn’t until approximately 5 months before the wedding that I had a constant stream of relatives tell me that it was a bad idea to DIY and pretty much pushed me to find myself a florist (why didn’t they complain about it to me sooner?!?). So I once again emailed a couple of more florists nearby and hoped to find something good. And then I found Violette’s Flowers.
I’m soo glad that I found Celina through Unilocal.She’s one of the most easy-​going and down to earth people I’ve met :) During our initial meeting, we went through the types of flowers I liked or didn’t like, colors, textures, arrangement sizes, etc. She emailed me a quote a couple of hours later and, YAY, it fit right within my budget. She scheduled a mockup of the centerpiece about one month before the wedding and the flowers were actually much larger than I thought they would be. She was also very flexible when I had to add in a couple more centerpieces 2 – 3 weeks before my wedding because our guest count ended up higher than expected. Also, Celina always responded very quickly to my emails which I loved!
Overall, I loved the flowers! And I’m glad I went with a florist because the day before the wedding (which would’ve been spent DIYing) was definitely WAY too hectic and I’m glad I had one less thing to worry about. I definitely recommend her if you’re looking to have any type of flowers done for an event. Thank you Celina for the beautiful flowers! :)

I trusted Celina from our first meeting. I told her my color scheme, my wedding type/​theme and let her do her magic. I told her about my budget and she still worked around it to meet our needs. Even though we had a budget everything looked elegant, beautiful, and not lacking at all. Everything she created was beautiful for our wedding day 3÷18÷16. My loose and airy bouquet was exactly how I pictured it in my mind. I will never forget all the flowers she did for our wedding. My bouquet is still alive by the way almost a week later! Thank you CELINA! We will call you again!

Celina made my wedding beautiful! We received so many compliments on the flowers, and we will recommend her highly to anyone who asks. We knew from the fist meeting that we were going to hire her, because she took our ideas and grew them in to a vision. All I needed to say was «pink» and «roses,» and it turned into so much more than I could have imagined.
On a more practical note, Celina is responsive, prompt and pleasant to work with. She is organized and very professional.

We fell in love with Celina from the moment we witnessed her unique arrangements at our sisters wedding. Celina is very quick and efficient in what she does. Last minute, I decided to use a lavender flower crown for my engagement photo shoot the next day, but lavender wasn’t available on such short notice. Celina could probably read minds because the flower crown she created for me was exactly what I had envisioned. She was able to use a different flower to replicate what I was asking for. The amazing part is, this was all over the phone, I didn’t even show her a picture! Celina is very detailed and will try her best to get you what you ask for, but sometimes it is out of her control because it all depends on what flowers are available at the moment. I was really sad on my wedding day because I received an e-​mail stating that she wasn’t able to obtain one of the flowers I had requested. She substituted it with a pink flower and I was freaking out because I had requested peach bouquets. I just couldn’t imagine the combination. When Celina delivered the flowers later that morning, I fell in love! The bouquets were amazing! The flower that Celina used as a substitute, made the bouquets pop! It was even better than what I had asked for! I would highly recommend Celina to my family and friends. She’s definitely a pleasure to work with and very easy going. Thank you Celina! :)

A little late for my review (October 25, 2015 wedding) but it needs to be said no matter how delayed: Celina is AWESOME. She was the first florist we met with (referred by my cousin), and the ONLY one we needed to see. The first meeting went so well we didn’t fool ourselves for long into thinking it was necessary to «shop around» The vibe and excitement she had for our wedding when we described our venue, colors, theme felt real. She’s so warm, personable and quick to respond to emails as well as invoice updates, and I felt her prices were quite reasonable. Working with her on our vision was no stress at all and she was very easy to work with. We provided our own décor vessels (spray-​painted bottles) so coordinating around that felt like no trouble.
My main regret during our actual ceremony was that I was so caught up in moment I didn’t think to look up and appreciate her stunning hanging garlands setup. Fortunately I got to spend most of the day with my bouquet and floral hair piece which turned out beautiful and I felt that way. She especially was able to accommodate my special request to include a few of my mother’s satin roses into my already lovely bouquet!
Lastly, thanks to every AMAZAWESOME floral touch by Celina, we are SO happy with how much our wedding photos really stand out. We’ve gotten many compliments from our guests on the décor and bouquets and just everything, we definitely picked a fantastic florist! Thanks so much Celina, you’re awesome and sweet!

I am so happy I choose Violette’s Flowers for our wedding on 1÷9÷16. Celina was easy to work with and got back to my emails right away. She accommodated all my crazy requests and we were even able to rent votives from her. The floral arrangements exceeding my expectations and my bridal bouquet was gorgeous!!! Celina is simply amazing! We chose her to be our florist for our wedding 2 weeks ago, and everything was so perfect and beautiful. I got so many compliments on the center pieces and bouquets :) I told Celina the colors I wanted, and she helped me pick which flowers went well with the color scheme and everything came out way better than I hoped and expected! Celina did my floral arrangements for my wedding. She is super sweet and very professional! She’s easy to work with and totally put me at ease with my decisions. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted during our consultation. I’m so glad I found her because I was absolutely in love with the arrangements! I love how she incorporated winter greens to go with the winter wedding! She made my bouquet with the exact flowers and colors I had requested. The arrangements all came together so beautifully I wish I could preserve them forever! Did I forget to mention how good they smelled too? I’ll post photos as soon as I get them! I will definitely be going back to Violette’s flowers for any future orders!

Celina did the floral design for my September 2015 wedding at the La Canada Thursday Club.
I found her work on Instagram and thought it was beautiful. From the viewpoint of a cost-​conscious bride, I was really appreciative of the fact that she did not require an order minimum to work on my wedding. Celina is kind and attentive and always responded quickly to my emails.
I often had a hard time communicating my vision or design aesthetic (I was all over the place!), but Celina was able to take all of the different things I threw at her and turn it into a cohesive color palette and a really beautiful event. We were able to see a mock-​up of the centerpiece about a month before the event, but the bouquets, floral head piece, and ceremony installation really blew me away on the day of the wedding. We will definitely recommend her to our friends and use her services in the future!

We are beyond happy that we found Celina to be the florist for our wedding! She is incredibly sweet and a joy to work with! After our brief first meeting, she knew exactly what we had in mind and accommodated each of my groomzilla’s requests :) I felt completely comfortable trusting in her creative vision. The morning of our wedding, I was ecstatic to see that she created arrangements that completely fit our idea for a whimsical, romantic wedding. I received so many compliments for my bouquet! My wedding was just this past weekend and I was incredibly pleased with all my flowers for my wedding! When I saw my bouquets and boutonnières delivered that morning, I knew I was going to have an amazing wedding! Celina was extremely responsive via phone and email. 5 Stars for Celina! I could not have asked for a better florist! From start to finish, she was professional, prompt, warm and a great person to work with. Celina has a very calming personality. When you have an endless to-​do list running through your mind, working with a florist who is calm, understanding, and really really good at what she does is a blessing.
When we first met for the consultation, I had a few pictures of some arrangements that I liked, but didn’t have very specific flowers and ideas in mind. She asked me which flowers I liked and disliked, got a general sense of the look I was going for, and came up with some really great ideas. I think one of her strengths is figuring out the client’s aesthetic pretty quickly (even someone as indecisive as myself. :P)
The day of my wedding, she had an event in the morning and she assured me that it would not have any effect on her setting up for my wedding. She was right! She arrived on time, set up everything beautifully and finished with time to spare!
I think what really impressed me the most was her attitude and passion for her work. For my centerpieces, I wanted something simple and low cost so I told her a simple arrangement of «just baby’s breath» was fine. Instead, she added a variety of other white flowers such as white roses and ranunculus, to name a few — at no extra cost. Another example is my bouquet — again, I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted, but knew I wanted a natural bouquet with whites and greens. I asked for wax flowers to be added into the mix, but since they were out of season, the market didn’t have them. Celina offered to use another delicate flower, which actually costs more than wax flowers — but didn’t charge me extra.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that I was incredibly impressed and am grateful for having had a florist, who isn’t in the business just to make money. You can tell she loves her craft and each piece she works on. She really took care of each piece she made and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me – as though it was her own event.
So Celina, thank you so much for going above and beyond for me. My wedding day was memorable and there were many lovely components that made it beautiful, but I would say it was your floral arrangements that brought everything together so nicely. Thank you for your patience with me and your fantastic work!

Celina’s talent for floral design goes beyond perfection! She has a true gift of really knowing how to make the floral arrangements for your dream wedding come true! I could not have been happier with my bouquet and centerpieces for my wedding! They were beautiful beyond words and all my guests agreed, not one was left behind at the end of the night! I even saved my bouquet as a keepsake :) Celina is a dream to work with, amongst all the madness that comes with planning a wedding working with her was by far the easiest and most gracious. She was really on top of it and always available for questions and even set up a mock up for us! She was super flexible when I had to add more centerpieces last minute and I’m truly grateful!

Celina is a master floral designer.
I was lucky enough to have her do the flowers for my wedding. She was very easy to work with. I sent her some ideas/​inspiration through email then met up with her to talk specifics. She gave suggestions of what type of flowers she could use and even showed me photos so I could get a better idea. She was also very accommodating as I emailed her multiple times to change my decisions for centerpieces.
A couple weeks before the wedding she provided me with a mock up of the centerpieces and even gave me a small mock up of my bouquet since the wedding she did that weekend had similar flowers to mine. I could not tell you how many compliments I had from that bouquet (i brought it to disneyland for a photoshoot) and it wasn’t even the final product!
The day of the wedding I was so pleased to see how everything turned out. It was absolutely beautiful and her flowers really brought my wedding to life. She really went above and beyond and I could not thank her enough for all the hardwork she put into the flowers. All my guest kept telling me how beautiful everything looked and of course the only real decorations I had were the flowers haha.
Not only did she do an amazing job for my wedding, my husband also contacted her to make a bouquet for me for Valentine’s day which were also very beautiful.
I will continue to refer her to my friends for wedding and baby showers and any other occasion that may need pretty flowers. Also, she can make bouquets for your «just because i want fresh flowers» needs.
