1 Team Realtors dba REO 1 TEAM is a Real Estate Company solely owned by Irene Borz, a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Irene Borz and her husband Gary started their real estate business in California in 1997 to buy, rehab and sell

residential and commercial properties.

Irene’s passion for real estate led her into becoming one of the first residential agents utilizing the internet for marketing.

In late 2008, As REO’s became a more significant part of Irene’s business, Irene created REO 1 TEAM, an independent noticeable brokerage firm that works with lenders and service providers in the marketing and management of REO listings throughout Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Cruz Counties.

Company is multilingual. We speak Spanish, French, Farsi, Russian, German.
