We are fully authorized and certified for all Live Scan services by the Department of Justice and FBI. Our San Jose and San Francisco Bay Area office is conveniently located in downtown San Jose with plenty of free parking for everyone.

History

Established in 2012.

We started in 2012 providing Live Scan for people trying to get a guard card in the security field. The demand for live scan grew through the years and decided to provide live scan fingerprinting to the public. We are open 24 hours a day but we suggest you call in first to make sure there is an agent available to provide you service. We have plenty of parking on the premises and friendly live scan staff ready to help you.

Manager

Monica has been working with Live Scan for over 5 years and also is a bail agent for Luna Bail Bonds. She graduated from Gilroy high and started in the customer service field in 1995. She’s passionate about customer service and strides to promote it through her team. Live Scan is a service that the DOJ provides and Monica and her team services the community. There are different types of Live Scans. If you need fingerprints, a security check, background checks or any government jobs that require live scan we can do it. We provide Live Scan for all professions that require a live scan.

NOT 24⁄7!!!
I’ve called three times and have yet to reach someone and I just tried to go there at 11:50am to find they are closed! Don’t waste your lunch break like I just did…

Unfortunately I took the 1 star and review from the other person with a grain of salt. I decided to come to this location, since it’s advertised as «24÷7» to find it close at 6:00 p.m.
Then I read their website, which states that they are open until «10pm» but if «walking-​In» and «after 5pm» to call. Okay??? I tried calling this establishment around 2:00 pm and not even a voicemail answered.
Now… There’s a white paper posted on the door that says to call them, but really? This is very unprofessional!!!
I am extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and someone from this company needs to update their website.
Do not promote yourself as a «24 hour», «walk-​in welcome» because I was another person that you’ve lost as a potential customer. I will NOT be referring anyone to this location! I also did NOT feel that I was welcome, since I was not helped at all.
Luckily I don’t have to get fingerprints anytime soon, and when I do, I am NOT returning here.

Not sure what’s going on here. The website says open 24⁄7 and to walk in before 5pm. My husband and I arrived at 4pm to get a live scan and the door is locked. There is no sign on the door saying someone will return. The 408 number on the website keeps ringing with no voicemail. The 888 number is not even working. This is a waste as we had to take off from work to get these prints done. Will need to find another reliable place. :(

This place is great ! Open 24⁄7 for those those who like to procrastinate on getting their finger prints done LOL ! Friendly service and I only waited for 15 minutes to get everything done ! Better yet, parking is no problem. Definitely recommend this place.
