Established in 2006.

Luna Bail Bonds was established in 2006 by Jose Luna, an experienced bondsman who saw the opportunity to create a new breed of bondsmen. He found that lots of bail bond companies were rude and impolite and did not care about there customers. He sought to change this attitude. Also, he wanted to be able to help as many people as possible by introducing easy financing programs allowing more people to secure their freedom!

I have an associates dregree from Gavilan College in administration of justice. In 2000 I received my California Bail agent License. I worked my way from agent to ofice manager for the largest bail bond company in California. In 2006 I started Luna Bail Bonds in San Jose and now we have offices in San Francisco, Hollister and Santa Rosa.

Jordi was more than helpful explaining the bail amount and procedure to get someone I dearly care about out. We were almost frightened that we weren’t going to be able to make it in time. He went over the whole process with me and my father. Answering all our questions and even making us feel as though everything was going to be alright. Made us feel more than comfortable in the environment even though it’s 4:30 in the morning

Came in on Friday, July 31 for live scan. Maria was extremely patient and helpful even though I did not have my paperwork ready. Came back today and they were efficient and quick with my scan. The price was also right!

Omg i really had to get out of jail. It took 20 min. And they were so generous enough to pick me up at elmwood and bring me to office. Signed forms and i didnt need co signer. I paid 400 with 2000 bail. My payments are resonable. This place is awsome. Check it out.

I’ve dealt with al pro and Aladdin and can honestly say that luna bail bonds will be my rescuer if I ever need to bail out again or bail a family member.
Fast simple and made me feel comfortable. They made sure I knew what my charges were and even let me know I wasn’t gonna be there long so I could get back with my family. If you need a bail agent call here first. They treat you like your family and make sure your taken care of.

I give this place a 5 star because they were extremley friendly and so helpful. When my friend got arrested for a DUI and was called at midnight to help him get out, I did not know what to do when I found Luna Bail Bonds and spoke to Jose, he explained every detail of how bail worked and what the process would be I felt so much better. I did have to wait until later that night to have my friend released from jail but it was nothing on the bail company but Jose went out of his way to make this a fast and comfortable process for someone who was a first timer at bail bonds. I have used Luna Bail Bonds a couple times and have been extremely satisfied with the service both times. The first time, was when my brother was arrested for a DUI, they were so helpful and got him out within a couple of hours. The second time my friend had a warrant, she went by after work which was late at night and Jordi took care of her and another one of our friends warrants right away. He was very professional and just great customer service and did his best to work with them on payments and such. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a bail bonds business.

Excellent service and fast. Ask for Lalo or Monica. They will work with you and get you out of jail ASAP. I tried to call other bail bonds and they were not only rude but not willing to work around our situation. Then I called Luna and Spoke with Lalo who is the nicest dude ever but understanding then Monica was the muscle behind the hustle with quick service. I wouldnt go through anybody else. 2 thumbs up for Luna.

NOT A 24 HOUR LIVE SCAN as advertised. After smoking out the building with cigarettes, the curmudgeon told us no one was here to do live scan notwithstanding the fact they advertise 24 hour service. You could go so far with a kind and professional attitude — but apparently business is good enough here that you don’t have to worry about that. I would never return.
