I usually never write reviews, but I felt inspired by these guys. I called and they picked up right away and had a guy out to me within the hour. His name was Ben and he helped me understand why my car went dead and tested the battery– I didn’t need a new battery but he was able to jump start immediately and the entire thing was finished within 15 minutes. thanks, Ben!

Worst customer service ever! If I could give them zero stars I would. When you advertise on your website that you have friendly staff waiting to assist then maybe you should deliver. I called to get a quote on a tow and the unfriendly staff replied, «call me when you’re ready.» Everyone else was happy to give a quote, makes your business any different? I believe everyone wants to know the price before they accept any kind of service from anyone. Business lost is another businesses gain!!!

Best customer service! Guy, the tow driver, was so helpful. My car had been stuck in Daly City. One tow company flaked and didn’t ever show. My insurance company then set an appointment the next day with BB Auto and Tow. Guy saved me a trip back to Daly City and he kept in great communication with me to let me know the status of his arrival and when the car was successfully dropped off. I would use BB Auto Tow again.

Great service! My battery died and they came to my house to replace it. Bruce, the service rep, was super polite. Overall, including the phone call, the whole thing was wrapped up in under an hour. I would totally use B. B Auto Towing again.

Last night i got stuck in the middle of nowhere and finally got a tow from Guy. He was very helpful and speedy with his service. i will definitely be giving them a call if i ever need help at all. I highly reccommend their service hand down.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but these guys are so good I had to. My car broke down in San Jose… I didn’t know what to do because I’m not from the area, so I googled some places and found B.B. Auto & Tow. I called them and they were super nice & friendly. They had someone come out to me within 15 minutes of calling. He towed me back home. I hope I never get stuck again, but if I do I will definitely call them! Great customer service.
