Came here to get ice cream and the employees refused to give me a $ 1.31 scoop coupon. They were acting stupid saying we had to purchase something first. Then when I asked if we bought something if we could get a coupon and Kayla, the employee said no… seriously? ?? Then why the hell is it advertised on the door that on the 31st of every month the scoops prices are $ 1.31? See my photo it says $ 1.31 scoops. This is ice cream, it’s supposed to be a happy place not full of ridiculous employees who are either misinformed or have terrible customer service skills.

Went in with a group of people after I paid I thought it seemed high so I looked at there menu and they over charged me! I brought this to there attention and they couldn’t correct it with out calling some one on the phone and taking 10+ minutes. They obviously don’t value there customers time. While we were waiting we were all finishing our ice cream and my cone was not even packed down, the ice cream only went down under the rim the rest was cone with no ice cream. Will never come to this location again. Ohh and they charged my friend $ 1.00 extra for whipped cream with out informing him of the extra charge upfront and took them 5+ minutes just to bring it out while most of our group was almost finished with there ice cream!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here with my wife, two kids and friends after shopping. My wife ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich, I got a chocolate shake to share with my son and my daughter got a kids ice cream. When ordering my shake I was asked if I wanted a full or half banana in the shake, I opted for the whole banana and then was asked if I wanted whipped cream. I decided to get that as well. We all received our ice creams and it was time to pay. My total came to 17 and change. I didn’t notice until I got back to the table that they charged me $ 1 for the banana and $ 1 for the whipped cream without an
y notice. I suggest you think twice about doing business at this place.

My friends and I just walked into the place to meet a friend and within 5 minutes a sexy it guard kicked us in. My friends and I felt so disrespectful. Ruined my night. Don’t go here bring ur business to cold stone

I never knew Baskin Robins opened so late! 10pm on a Sunday night, wow.
My friends and I were watching a movie next door and decided to get some dessert before hand.
The gentlemen cashier was very friendly and patient with us as we stared at contemplated on all the flavors they had to offer: Dunkin Donuts coffee, thin mints, daquiri ice?!
My friend got mint chocolate chip on a sugar cone. I got banana nut in a cup (I don’t like ice cream cones). A single scoop was pretty big in my opinion. At first I felt the price was kind of high, but not so much after I wasn’t able to finish my scoop.
Tip: If you’re curious about a flavor, ask to try it!

Worse place I’ve ever been to the store owner served us, I ordered fireworks fun she serves us the wrong ice cream then when I told her id wanted fireworks fun she places it on top of the one she already gave us in the same cone, she then charges us for the additional scoop. I had to explain to her that I JUST wanted fireworks fun the began to argue with me that I asked for a different one with pecans. She then scoops the ice cream out and places the correct one in THE SAME CONE if I have had nut allergies it would have been all bad, We were so upset we just took it and left.

I come in quite often to this baskin robbins and it was my birthday so I brought a coupon with me that just expired. The girl that was working there told me she would accept it, but she asked her manager who barely speaks any english and she said no. Therefore I pulled up a coupon on my phone that was not expired that had a barcode on it and they would not accept that either even though they could scan it. The ladies refused to give me the GMs last name even though she was on the phone with them the whole time. All I got is that her name was Rue. Very rude and I am never going back there again. Neither is my son and or my husband.

Rude people, who have no respect and zero customer service. I purchased soupy ice cream which is über gross. It was a hand packed pint and they were really cheap and gave small scoops of ice cream.

I go to this place because of the cakes. my parents loves the cake. The lady there ruth who is the manage/​owner is awesome. she so kind and she greets everyone and even though if i havent been there awhile she knows what cake i want. she is a jewel so please come to this location.

The service at this Baskin Robbins was horrible and sloppy. I will never come back to this one. This Baskin Robbins needs to step their customer service 100% and take a little more pride. Unfortunate that I spent 7.99 on a bannana split to be dissatisfied and also have the hot fudge and other liquid toppings overflow on me.

I ordered an ice-​cream birthday cake online 4 days before the party and received a confirmation. When I arrived at the store today nobody knew anything about the order and there was not time to make what I had ordered. Not cool. I am receiving a full refund, but a last minute solution was not what I had in mind to celebrate a special occasion. I will certainly not be returning to this location.

Not sure why this place got such a bad review. Came here on a Friday night after dinner. The guy who worked there was super friendly and patient. Tried a couple flavors before settling on their flavor of the month: oreo ‘n cake batter. I love Oreos and I love cookie dough. What more could you ask for? Oh, I suppose a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles.

After the movies we rewarded ourselves with some Baskin Robins Ice Cream.
I love that there are so many flavors to choose from. My favorite flavor is Daqauri Ice which I have never been able to find any where else. I love to get it ona Sugar cone.
My husband goes for Vanilla or Mint and chip and My son you can never pin point I think he has tried every flavor.

BEWARE OF THE CHOCOLATE DIPPED CONES! Apparently they charge you extra for them, and they provide you with extra stale chocolate dipped cones!
They advertise that they are «freshly baked cones,» but they did not say the whole truth, which is that they were freshly baked 6 months ago.
I told the cashier that the cone was really stale and inedible. She said «we don’t make them, we just sell them.» She also did not give me a free scoop of ice cream for the trouble. Terrible customer service… an extra dollar for the stalest cone I ever bit into, and $ 3.20 for a mediocre scoop of ice cream.

Came here for a Sunday night pick me up. Yes I’m a child and ice cream cheers me up! Sadly, this ice cream made me feel sad as it wasn’t that tasty on the lips and I just added inches to my hips.

I’m surprised to see that this location got such bad reviews. My experience was fine.
Coming here for a movie, we randomly decided to get something sweet to eat. Stepping inside the store is small/​mid sized with a few tables, small counter and booths to choose from. The store was clean, fresh and nice. Compared to some of the older locations, this one was far up to standards.
The girl who helped us was pretty attentive, friendly and had a smile. She was patient while we decided and even more patient when I could not decide. Good service.
We shared a waffle sundae. So there was a hot waffle that was ok at the bottom — HOT though. Very berry which I liked! And pralines and cream, eh. Add caramel, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry. I was not out of this world but it was pretty tasty and hit the spot. Not cheap though.

After e-​mailing the company, I got a response saying my concerns would be forwarded to the franchise owner. The next day, I got a couple of calls from a very nice, seemingly concerned Rue.
Rue asked me for my address, saying she would mail me gift certificates (score) AND refund my Little S her $$ that she paid for the milkshake.
This was in early January. Today is March 7th. Neither ever arrived. I’m glad I didn’t tell my kid and that she’s not been checking the mail daily, or else she’d have been disappointed TWICE.
Never. Going. Back.

I read the abysmal reviews below and was surprised just because my opinion was so contrary so here’s what it was based on:
Woman in line ahead of me had an order for an ice cream cake. There was a teen-​ish/​young adult helping he out but she was really nice and professional.
The BF and I ordered single scoop sundaes from the other woman there. Older and with an air of being in-​charge. She took our order. I asked for extra cherries on mine. When she made my sundae and handed it to me it seemed so forgot so I politely asked if I could have a couple of extra cherries. She said she makes up for her mistakes and gave me eight of them. She was really pleasant and the ice cream was good, as were all the samples we tasted. Ours was a nice and delicious experience.
