Came here with 6 people after dinner at a close by restaurant. There were 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler in our group. The older gentleman behind the counter was not too friendly when a member of our group identified himself as a long time customer. In fact he was just plain rude, «no I don’t remember you, what do you want». He wasn’t really paying attention to every member in our group and was ringing us up before everyone was served, I guess he was in a hurry. The ice cream was great as always, but the service left something to be desired. Maybe well try Willow Glen Creamery next time.

Excellent place for some ice cream! Very clean and has 4 TVs. Staff is very nice. Our server Matt has been there for awhile and is always helpful and nice. They don’t have a tip jar but you can still tip, and no bathroom. Glad to be a regular here!

Defiantly a place to enjoy good ice cream with large selection and confantiball seating area, the staff were nice and welcome us to test as many flavors, for worth 5 min drive to get to this Bankis location.

Another Willow Glen business to add to the list of poor customer service. The owner is rude and doesn’t greet every customer equally. Instead of supporting my local B&R, looks like I will take an extra drive and go to the one in Campbell. The drive thru at the Campbell location is a bonus also.

Rude cashier. A lot of great cakes, but with her there is just no good. Great your pricing right & like forreals? Gonna shake your head when it’s not my fault that I’m trying to save $ 3? I recommend the one on capital, Jackson. I don’t normally write review at all, but this place.

Owner michael is very rude… very bad service will not go to order a cake again … He also charges more than other BR stores and refuses to accept valid coupons… Makes unethical comments like engineers are weird … Not happy

I love this Baskin Robbins so much! The staff is friendly except for one young lady in particular, but other than her this place is great. I come here all the time and they sure know how to serve ice cream.

Great location! The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve picked up quarts(2/$ 9.99) and hand-scooped pints(only 12 oz, so not really a pint). The options for the pre packed quarts are great! The staff is always super helpful. The ice cream is good, and the line is a lot shorter than Willow Glen Creamery.

I went Sunday after shopping in downtown Willow Glen. Hot day, and got a double scoop and was great and amazing service. We have used them before for birthday cakes and was always a big hit.

I went here because well I own Dunkin Donuts stock and Baskin Robbins and Dunkin are merged companies. But anyways their commercial was the main reason why the Oreo turtle ice cream, the flavor of the month which is yum yum and yum very good. The service was good, the price was okay, I will definitely go back :)

Server didn’t hand over an ice cream cone properly and it fell on some other items on the counter… I felt server should have offered to give a new cone, but didn’t… somewhat stingy on the scoop of ice cream. Cake cones taste stale as if they’ve been sitting out too long…

I came here to get my annual birthday ice cream cake to share with friends. I happened to have a couple of coupons — one for a few dollars off the ice cream cake and one for a free handpacked pint. The ice cream cake is waiting patiently in my freezer and part of the free pint is digesting in my stomach. Yummy! I got an Oreo cake and World Class Chocolate for the pint.

It was national brownie day this past Saturday and I have not had a meal yet. I woke up early to workout and to get about 45% of my Christmas shopping done only to come home to clean and relax because I’m under the weather. I did eat those Asian shrimp chips but that was it… I was craving for ice cream because I had(still have) a sore throat and I wanted a brownie to commemorate this special day. After the gym that evening, I drove to Willow Glen but to my surprise, Powell’s did not have brownies! I was trying to be good and was going for just a brownie instead of a brownie sundae because a) calories and b) price but when that failed plus Willow Glen Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream Company failed, too(they too do not have brownies or brownie bites!), I walked over to Baskin to get my fill. A brownie sundae cost me $ 5.99 plus tax and although it wasn’t the greatest but it did satisfy me. I get to pick 2 ice cream flavors. I chose chocolate fudge and peanut butter n’ chocolate w/hot fudge and whipped cream, no cherry(because I don’t do fruits). About 2 – 3 minutes after the employee gathered the goodness together, it was presented before me. I quickly paid and grabbed a seat overlooking Sweet Mango and ate away. The chocolate fudge was creamy and sweet but the consistency of my peanut butter n’ chocolate one wasn’t creamy, perhaps the peanut butter was the reason why but both tasted extremely well together. The brownie wasn’t soft and moist but w/the hot fudge and ice cream, it didn’t bother me. Approx. 4 minutes later, I took a picture of my empty ice cream cup. My throat still hurts and I want more ice cream *sad*

I called to get a cake for my BF. I live in Huntington Beach but my boyfriend is temporarily working on San Jose. I wanted to surprise him for his bday and called BR for a cake. Talked on the phone with Mike who was AWESOME! He is having a SUPER pink Barbie cake made up for my bf and even said he’d walk it over to his work. He allowed me to pay over the phone and add super cheesey inscription. Can’t wait for the picts! Thanks Mike for your awesome customer service

I’ve been going to this BR for the past few months as Willow Glen FroYo is still closed and I need my ice cream fix. I’ve always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream flavors but have never been a fan of the price. Well, the prices are still standard for them but I do think it’s quality ice cream and this location seems nice. Service has been friendly the few times I’ve been and they’ve been generous in their scoops. I’ll probably keep going even after Willow Glen Creamery opens up — I need to get my specialty flavors like Icing on the Cake and Cookie Dough. Their flavors don’t necessarily change on a daily basis like WGs so it’s nice when you’re craving a specific scoop.
