I’ve used Charles and Eva for close to twenty properties. They’re highly competent and delivery great quality products and professional work. I keep coming back because they give you the service you won’t get from a big box store. They take responsibility to make sure the work gets done right. They’re one of the few sub contractors that I do not need to supervise and trust it will be completed on time and on budget.

Amazing job! Had some Milgard windows put in. The cost was good and the crews performance and care was outstanding.

Just had a frameless shower door installed and it turned out great. Charles was very helpful in helping me choose options and he set a very fair price. The installers were fast and professional and did a great job.
These frameless doors are a little more expensive than the builder quality stuff you get at Home depot, but the result is worth it.

I found this glass company when I was remodeling the master bathroom and needed a high quality shower door. I did some comparison shopping online, at Home Depot, and at a couple other glass installation places in San Jose, and I found that this company had the best prices while still offering the same high quality shower glass (I later realized that they are pretty busy all the time, so they probably get volume discounts that they can pass onto their clients). I visited their showroom in the morning, picked out the ³⁄₈ inch glass and brushed nickel hardware, and received my quote by email that afternoon. After the tile on the shower was installed, Charlie (the owner, I think) came to take measurements. He noted a few problems with the existing tilework (slanted installation and some «bowing» so that there would be a bigger gap in the middle section of where the door meets the tile). After he told me this, I could see that he was right… He said that he would have to order the glass to be cut a special way so that it would fit the slanted angle as precisely as possible. And, he said that he would not charge extra for this non-​standard cut (I was pretty happy about this!). He also said he would install a special plastic strip to lessen the gap caused by the bowing in the tilework. It was clear that Charlie had the experience and expertise to deal with less-​than-​ideal situations like this.
In the end, they gave me a discount off the quoted price because they ended up not needing to use some part that they had originally thought they’d need. I was so impressed with this company’s honest and integrity.
Now that the installation is complete, I couldn’t be happier with everything. The way that the door was installed, it looks so beautiful and elegant (and it also hides all the fault in the tilework).
