Wine & Roses Limousine Service

I used this Limo service a year ago back when I was in High School for prom. I don’t know if service has improved or not, but I had a horrible experience with this company. First off they were 45 mins late to picking me up. Then having to go make rounds to go pick every one up added up time. Not to mention the driver also got lost. Shouldn’t they have planned out the route ahead of time? All in all we were in hour late and almost missed our dinner. Roses were promised for the ladies but were never delivered which was a big disappointment. Aparently the driver had a party ahead of us that went up to Napa and they were to drunk to do anything, but that is no excuse for being late or getting lost for 15 mins. I would give it a 2 star, but all the stress I had to endure from being late makes it a one. Oh their website has a policy of if they are late, the whole service is free. I never saw my money back. Owner refused because circumstances were «out of his hands». Ridiculous.
