Caliber Collision

Referred to Caliber by my insurance company (Liberty Mutual).Seems they ‘partner’ with them. Caliber had the insurance paperwork in their computer ready to go when I met with Terry. He was the most helpful cheerful person to work with. He took a look at the damage said he could fix part of it for free (right side of bumper was pulled loose). Wanted to know if I wanted them to fix the body damage (wheel well dent) and I said no it’s not interfering with my driving and isn’t that cosmetically bad anyway. Within a half hour my car was ready to go and the paperwork had been sent off to Liberty. Didn’t have to pay a cent. Terry was wonderful and I would highly recommend Caliber to everyone needing such work done.

Service was great. I got my car back sooner than estimated, and the work was exceptional.

This is one of the place my insurance assign to after minor accident. No one want to go through the hassle. Good thing is i was able to get an appointment on President’s Day on short notice. The office staff are friendly. The only thing is Steve the adjuster said he will give the estimate by that morning. I waited until the afternoon before calling him back. He acknowledge that it has been a busy day and have not got around to it. My kids got spring break, we left town. I still has not receive my estimate upon returning. I called my insurance the following week to get the estimate report. Most other places would either give me an estimate then and there or at the time as they said. This is unprofessional. I came here to get an estimate for my car after an unfortunate accident. I did not get the proper estimate as promise. Collision center suppose to put customer at ease with the process. I would not do business here.

Went to get a standard synthetic oil change and found the process very quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Well done!

Love this auto shop! The owner of the shop is very friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. I’m currently sitting in the extremely comfortable waiting room while my AC gets fixed. Friendly service, clean environment and an all around great auto shop. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need my car fixed!

Awesome and friendly service! I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and scheduled an appointment online. I called to say I was running late and Mike was super accommodating. The service was fast and professional and I felt like honest and genuine recommendations were given with no pressure to have anything done on the spot. Would definitely recommend South Valley to others. Thank you Mike!

I blew the motor in my 2010 Ford Flex. Took it into South Valley. Service writer Steve Perry wrote up the estimate. But I added a few more paint changes and fixes. All work was completed on time at very fair prices.
From the nice receptionist up front to the awesome mechanics and body man that took care of my car. The owner even came out, greeted me and spoke about my car and how they could help. I just found an awesome body shop/​auto repair shop all in one. I will not go anywhere else. Bam!

LOVE this place!!! Such knowledgeable and friendly staff. I feel safe taking my car to this facility because they are honest, kind, and not trying to rip anyone off. I took my car here for an oil change after finding out it had a lot of problems from the dealership. Twenty minutes later my oil change was complete and they informed me of the SAME issues that my dealership informed me of. No made-​up issues that you usually get when you take your car to a most auto-​repair shops. A mechanic even spoke to me for awhile on what my options were in regards to possible selling, or trading my vehicle since she’s on her last leg.
Wonderful facility. Wonderful work ethic. Wonderful people.

Unfortunately my car has been through a lot. Every time I’ve needed repairs South Valley is my go to place. The receptionist is always very polite and helpful, and all the other staff members that I’ve worked with have been wonderful.
Customer service is key and this place definitely has is down.

South Valley Auto Repair is as good as it gets.
All staffs are super friendly. The mechanics and owner are honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The extra waiting room is very nice and have free wifi.
Scheduling and wait time are not bad at all.

Went there yesterday, Mike took my info and directed me to the waiting room. Soon enough as I was just getting comfortable in the sofa, he called to tell me the car is ready.
I walk in and he looks at me and says with a very serious face ’ I have bad news’ I was like hu really? it’s a 2013 civic, He then replies showing me the check list ’ bad news is that i can’t sell you anything’ and we both started laughing. What a guy.
I also asked for a quote on a ding, (some idiot didn’t know how to drive) he gave the the low and high cost and also advice about the insurance.
So great customer service, fast, efficient and a jokes are free :). Thanks Mike you scared the daylights out of me. Have a great day. I’ll be back for sure

I came to south valley today and they exceeded my expectations, super friendly, respectful of my time got me the rental vehicle smooth and simple, I strongly recommend them :)

I can not express how grateful I am for the service south valley auto inc has provided me. They fixed my 2011 ford focus like brand new after being rear ended on July 28^th. I originally took my car to be repaired at another body shop who handed my car back to me in three days and told me it was fixed when it was clearly still damaged.(my bumper was bowed out and still not sitting right on the frame, tail light covers were loose after they replaced them, and my trunk didn’t close properly still).
Farmers ins. then recommended me to sv auto inc. I brought it to An and he took a look and found that the other body shop did not repair my car completely. And even broke a piece of my bumper cover which is why my rear bumper cover bowed out.
An ordered me a brand new bumper cover, replaced the rear bumper panel that was not repaired by the previous body shop and he replaced my trunk latch after it was being damaged from the trunk not closing properly. I’m glad I decided not to go back to the previous body shop who told me they would fix the problems. I didn’t trust going back to the place because when I spoke with their manager he told me he didn’t see anything wrong with the work they did to my car but said «he would fix it how ever I wanted» which is not what I wanted to hear after I explained this is not how my car is supposed to look. I wanted him to understand how it SHOULD look.
Luckily An at sv auto inc was able to find all the issues the first place missed or over looked I am so happy to have came here to south valley auto inc.
An took great care of me and my car. He set me up with a rental and he understood I would be leaving on vacation that weekend and made sure my car was finished before I left town. Thank you so much for your help south valley auto inc.

I love the GroupOn deal that they have for an oil change. I believe the GroupOn is running all the time so that you can come here every 3,000−5,000 miles and bring a GroupOn with you each single time.
So you ask, why only 4-​stars and not 5-​stars? I think the 27-​point inspection isn’t very thorough. The reason why I say this is because any time that I bring my car to other mechanics, they always tell me about a certain leak in my car. Well, I’ve come to South Valley Auto several times and they’ve never said a peep about there being anything wrong with my car. Either the 27-​point inspection isn’t designed to be thorough or the mechanics just do a half-​assed job because we’re GroupOn customers.

I have been here twice since my last review, and I am still very happy. Mike changed the oil on my car both times, and was done today in 27 minutes! I really like this place because they don’t try to con you into buying unnecessary services. The only time Mike mentioned anything extra was when I needed rear brakes, and I was close to ruining my rotors at that point (squeak, squeak, sccrraappee when I would use my brakes). So the service was definitely needed to keep me safe, and to keep my rotors intact.
I hope they keep running the Groupon deals so I can keep coming here. This place is awesome.

We came here with a amazon deal and were so glad we did!
They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday and it took about 30 minutes. We waiting in the spacious waiting room filled with magazines and a TV!
The mechanics are very nice and friendly! I will definitely bring my car back in the future! The only con is that their hours of operation at 730 – 530 which is tough for us working folks.

Love this place! I found this place thanks to Groupon. I haven’t gone anywhere else for oil changes since finding this place. Always make an appointment! They seem pretty busy and even with an appointment, I’ve had to wait a bit longer.
The place is a bit hidden among a plaza full of auto body shops. The lady at the front desk is always really friendly.
They have a separate recently upgraded waiting room apart from the reception/​lobby area. They have a TV, sofa, etc. I usually bring my Kindle and relax while waiting for my oil change.
Afterwards, the mechanic hands you a 27 point inspection sheet and go over things that they’ve noticed that may need attention in the future or immediately. But I’ve never felt like I was getting conned or pressured into fixing something asap like I do at other auto body shops.
This is def my go-​to for all my car needs now!

Came here for an oil change and 27 point inspection from a Groupon and I am pleased! They were very professional, quick, and friendly. They were also very easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment!
The waiting room wasn’t that bad at all, either. Upon arrival, their TV was pure static and broken, which creeped me out when I walked in. In my head, I was thinking about Samara from The Ring. Scary.
Otherwise, I took a short nap on the comfy couch while waiting, hehe. Nicely AC-​ed during the hot weather day. Next thing I knew, the employee woke me up saying my car was ready! If you’re not the type to nap, I’d bring a tablet or a laptop since they have free wifi, too.
I’d definitely come back for an oil change or any car maintenance! Way cheaper than the usual places I go to.
