Hello I am Charles busineas owner of Charles N. Charge Hauling & Delivery. I was born in San Jose, Ca. I am 37 years old and I aim to please all customers. I am a easy going, understanding guy. My hobbies are exersizing, playing basketball, running with my dog buddy, and playing pool. I also believe in God, without him nothing would be possible so I take nothing for granted. I am a huge sports fan, 49ers, Giants, Warriors & Lakers, Sharks. So we can debate all day over some hot wings LoL. I was in need of having old furniture removed with a baby on the way. After a brief telephone call, Charles educated me and gave me the best deal possible.

Charles is sunlight when you’re not having fun. Not only does he show up promptly with his can-​do attitude and reasonable rates, he brings smiles to the scene.
The reasons for hauling, transporting stuff to storage, etc., can make for grumpy customers, because moving is just not fun. Three years ago I called Charles to join a chaotic work party whose mood was heading downhill. Charles soon had our most grumpy household member eating out of his hand, which is just what was needed to turn things around.
Then a month ago I needed more stuff hauled away so I called Charles again. He’s still the same Charles: reliable, prompt, great rates, incredibly strong, and fun to have around.

If even that, and he’s not licensed to hauling /​move anything, he’s a rip off, and then it’s obvious that he talks anyone, anywhere for a review, fictional business. Before you hire, anyone, everyone should a background check of information. Or it could land you in court, or worse. Please be careful people who need this, get someone who has documented by, many sources first. I wish and pray for the best. Plus, usually you don’t call a person who is working out a apt, around the clock. Think before you do, and you’ll be better for it. Thanks for reading this, I really hope that it helps…

Called them at 8AM Sunday and they were able to come at 11:30AM same day! Had a good amount of stuff to get rid of lots of heavy stuff too and Charles was able to negotiate a reasonable price for us!!! They were fast and cool people! I will definitely be referring them to people I know and will use them again if I ever need stuff to get rid of!

Called them as I needed a 250lb. printer removed from an upstairs office and I needed about 30 plastic and wood pallets removed. He answered immediately, said he would be over soon. He arrived about 2 hours later (texting me ahead of time to say he was on his way) and gave me an estimate, which I ended up accepting. They were very professional, pleasant, and managed to get the printer out without damaging the house in any way, and even swept up the debris in the area where the pallets were stored. Highly recommended.
This is in contrast to 1800 Got Junk which are overpriced and kind of surly.

I had 25 years worth of accumulated junk in my back yard! Old wood, garden equipment, metal trash cans full of odds and ends. It took 2 trips but Charles hauled it all away and on top of that swept up the patio! Yay! Bonus! He and his crew were very friendly and there wasn’t any of my junk he wouldn’t take! Great Service!

Great service! Professional. They answered my phone call, called to say when they be at my house, arrived on time. They were more than the city charges but I would’ve had to wait three weeks and they wouldn’t take an old kayak. Charles took everything and the same day.

Charles did a quick job picking up a 3 piece sofa, garden furniture, and an old basketball hoop. One tabletop glass broke as they were transporting it, but they cleaned it up. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Life saver. Charles and team made a very difficult situation painless. On time, fair price and a super nice guy. We used him 4 different times since January 2015 and been very satisfied each time.
We challenged him with everything from old furniture to rolled up carpeting and pure junk.
Two times he actually arrived 10 minute early.
Will never call anyone else!

It’s pretty rare that I believe reviews that I read online anymore but I decided to give Charles a call for a large amount of trash (furniture and misc. household stuff) I wanted out. I’m glad I did, the reviews are spot on.
Charles and Jordan were here within a few hours, and had everything loaded up and gone in under an hour.
Good price, super fast service (I don’t think I’ve called a trash hauler and had them show up on the same day ever before!), and genuinely nice guys.
Charles will be the first call I make next time I need things to disappear from my house.

Charles came on Sunday evening on very short notice. He and another worker cleared out a ton of junk I had in my garage and even broke down cardboard boxes and swept up afterwords.
He was very professional and fair in his price. I recommend his service.
