Clean and polish all bathroom and kitchen bright work including faucets and trim

Clean and sanitize kitchen area including sinks, appliance exteriors, floors, tables, and counter tops

Clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets, sinks, and floors

Vacuum all carpet floor coverings

Report damage or items of interest to customer, lock doors, set alarms, log activity as required

Mop and dry all floors, light polish if needed.

Floor Cleaning & Maintenance:

Full maintenance of all floors — baseboards and walls done upon request

Full maintenance of carpet

Shampooing and carpet cleaning upon request.

Vacuum all carpet

Small Office Cleaning:

Empty all waste baskets (not hazard waste)

Vacuum all carpets

Clean all bathroom

Mop all floors

Lock all doors as required and set alarms

Windows Cleaning Services done upon request
