Erik knows his stuff. He installed power doors and power windows in my 2015 Nissan Frontier.
The job was impeccable. It didn’t look like it was pulled apart at all.

I was looking to get a double din unit installed in my 2009 Acura TSX and found this business on Unilocal.
I called Eric up and I told him what I needed. He requested I give him a few days so he could order all the parts needed for the install (double din dash kit, harness, etc.)
The only thing I provided was my car and the pioneer receiver unit. I dropped it off at around 12pm and picked it up later at 5:00 p.m.
The install was clean and looked very well done. I am definitely going to go back for any other of my car audio needs!

Eric installed a new stereo in my 350Z last Saturday. His prices are very competative. His knowledge and workmanship are unsurpassed. He did an an outstanding job, and it is no wonder he has a perfect 5 star rating. If you need a car sound system, look no further!

There are a handful of custom car stereo shops in the valley, but only a couple of them can brag about a 5 star rating. I’ve actually had a conversation with the owner (Eric) a few months back, but I haven’t had time to make an appointment for my install. From this initial conversation, I knew immediately that Eric was an expert in his craft. I asked him specific questions about my NAV enhancement install, and he was very knowledgeable.
I called in last night to see if they could squeeze me in for this week, and luckily they had a slot open this morning at 10:00AM. I arrive at 9:55AM, and Pablo (Eric’s right hand man/​installer) walks out of the office to greet me. I explain the conversation I had with Eric, and he told me that Eric was running a little behind schedule. After looking at the instructions for the unit, Pablo gave me the option to wait for Eric, or to have him begin the install. I opted to have him start. The shop has a tiny office/​waiting room, so I was able to get some work done while I was waiting.
After about an hour, Eric walks into the waiting room, greets me and proceeds to complete the invoice. I didn’t mention this in the beginning, but I called a few shops to get a feel for what the installation costs would be. With a 5 star rating coupled with the lowest bid, it was pretty much a no-​brainer! Eric requested that I drive my car around for 15 minutes or so, to make sure my NAV was functioning normally, but more importantly with the newly added features. I drove off, tested everything, and inspected all the panels that were removed during the installation. Everything was perfect!
Side note:
The couch in the waiting area/​office is probably the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on! Luckily this had no bearing on the type of work these guys do. :)
Conclusion:
I’ve already discussed my next project (another vehicle) with Eric. This is definitely my new go-​to stereo shop! From top to bottom it was a painless experience.

Purchased a 2 way car alarm with kill switch. Great explanation of alarm features and installation procedure. 2 hour installation. Pricing reasonable. Included trunk release at no additional charge. Only downside? Cash Only. Highly recommended!!!

The 2014 Pioneer deck I had in my car wasn’t working, so I pulled it out. I called Pablo at Custom Car Audio and told him what happened, fearing I had jarred something inside the deck and was likely looking to having to replace it. He said to bring it by and they’d see if they could power it up, but fairly forewarned me that if the deck didn’t work, they weren’t in the business of repairing it (but would refer me to someone that could).
I took it down yesterday (without the wiring harness). Pablo looked for a harness and didnt’ think he had one, but then went the extra mile to pull one off a display in his office. He came back into the shop, plugged a harness into my deck, and it powered up.
He said that I likely blew a fuse in the car, and to start my diagnosis there. Elated I didn’t have to buy another deck, I thanked Pablo for his time and professionalism. And it looks like that is spread across all his customers by the looks of the reviews posted here. If I have any car audio issues, I’ll bring it by to have Pablo do the job!

Great install very professional and would highly recommend. I started installing an aftermarket car stereo in my car. I was getting to much for me to handle. So I scheduled an appointment with Custom Car Audio and they took over where I left off. They also installed my backup camera. It is definitely looks like a professional install for a great price. Will go back to them again with future cars.

If you have a project and idea, there’s a chance Eric can help you make it happen, as long as it’s electrical and audio related at least. I went to his shop last week after we texted each other a few times about some new things I wanted to put in my car. I was looking into a mirroring unit and same time audio upgrades too.
We scheduled an appointment the following day all of my parts were shipped to my house. He kept my car overnight so then he could spend all day making sure everything worked properly. He even called me to tell me this mirroring unit I bought from eBay he was having trouble with and that technical support was trying to assist. Wasn’t his fault but it was a faulty unit. I have to make another visit in a week or two once I get the new one mailed in. When upgrading my audio I didn’t have all the parts so he was able to provide it at a low cost.
Overall Eric still establishes a positive experience with his customers and he’s the best! You will not have a bad experience with this spot, plus his prices are great. Cash only so you skip the hassle of any taxes.

The best shop to get any audio mod or alarm installed for your car! Eric and staff are very professional and understanding. I should have wrote a review along time ago but here it finally is! I drive 30 minutes here from my work and home and it is well worth the drive. I am always taken care of here and getting the best deal. I recommended this shop to all my family and friends and if you are reading this review then trust me when i say you are missing out if you don’t come here for your audio system or alarm installation/​car tinting!

I bought a new navi/​backup camera/​dvd player unit for my car on amazon and Custom Car Audio was willing to install it for me at a reasonable cost. He also went over how the unit works with me and made sure I was comfortable with it. He also drove me to a bank while I was waiting. Customer Service A+. Professionalize A+. Personable A+. Knowledgable A+.

This place is the best I see many say it’s sketchy or to pricey but you do want the best quality and they give it to you!
They don’t go and throw this and this in it like other places. He just ask what you want or need and he gets it. This is my second te going and I will be going a third soon.

I took my old school Caddy in for a new sound system and Eric and his crew did a great job. You can’t beat this guys integrity or his pricing. 6 months later I installed an amp and two 10s but I kept blowing out my amp. Took my Honda down to have a new head unit and alarm installed. Before I scheduled an appointment, I spoke with Eric over the phone and explained to him what I was looking for. He didn’t try to upsell me the most expensive equipment, was courteous over the phone, and did everything to answer all of my questions. He noted to make sure that he got the year, make and model of the car before we starting talking about what hardware to install.
The day of the install, he went over my choices one more time. He made sure that everything that I needed was included (I also asked for a starter kill). It took a couple hours, and when it was done, he sat with me to explain all of the features, what to do in certain instances, etc. In other words, he took the time to explain EVERYTHING.
The manner of professionalism is amazing along with the level of work. His crew did a clean job, product worked well, and didn’t cost a complete arm and a leg. I’ll for sure be taking my other car back to him when I decide to get a new stereo.

I had to get new keys made for my daughters car as her BFF lost a set. Unfortunately, since Toyota caps the numbers of keys in the onboard system, the transponder memory for the remote start had to be wiped and reprogrammed.

The saying goes you truly know a business when this go wrong. Eric and his shop are no exception. I decide to upgrade my alarm and after reading all the stellar reviews decide on this shop. What I thought would be a simple procedure appeared to have its slight hiccups. In most cases I would worry. The demeanor in which Eric carries his business is something rarely seen from any business.
Long story short. Eric most likely came up even on my install due to having to get a few items replaced plus the cost of the labor. Throughout the 2 day ordeal” I never felt concerned. Again this is in part in the way Eric stay true to his philosophy of making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. His prices are extremely fair. He easily beat out all the other quotes I got. In summary, if you are in search of quality work, integrity and peace of mind. This shop has you covered.

*Update
I just recently made my third visit to Eric and received the same excellent service and expertise that I did on my previous visits. This time was a much more significant overhaul of my car’s audio system including receiver, all speakers, custom sub box, amp, and hard-​wiring in my dash cam. I couldn’t be happier with my new system. It’s everything I asked for with an incredibly clean install. I’ll keep coming back to Custom Car Audio.

Replacing speakers in an older vehicle like a 1989 Toyota Supra can seem a daunting task (aka, pain in the ass) to most, but not for Eric.
Just to get to the speakers, most everything needs to come off the doors and the rear cargo area (removal of rear and side plastic interior panels, etc.) — and the rear seat needs to be removed. All this removal is no easy task… check out the photos.
Eric researched and recommended the best speakers to deliver crisp, clean sound and to fit the physical constraints so that no visible rework was required to the interior trim. The new Pioneer receiver and Alpine speakers he installed are working perfectly and the interior is reassembled just as it was when the car was dropped off. Great to now have all the latest technology (Bluetooth, USB…) in this older beauty.

As someone who works as a Computer Technician, I love to do things myself. This includes attempting to install my own speakers for the front doors of my trusty 1986 Accord. Unfortunately, I have zero car skill and got stumped. Searched Google and found Custom Car Audio and gave Eric a call. He was able to take an appointment within the hour, and took care of me as soon as I pulled up. Eric is a fantastic man who is professional, speedy, and guaranteed gives you the best quality service. Eric doesn’t BS you with jacked up prices and makes any car tech/​audio issues not so foreign by allowing you to watch over and learn as he puts his insane skill to work.

I brought my bfs Subaru wrx kenwood radio. Great customer service. Very detailed. He taught us how to use the «complicated kenwood». He worked on his very fast and clean. Make sure you call to make an appointment .
He only takes cash so make sure you have a cash on you. Will be back again.

My family’s 2005 Toyota 4 Runner has had a broken CD player for I don’t know how long. My mom always complained about it and how we should get it fixed, but that never happened. Until Christmas 2014.
My bf, Eric, bought my mom the Pioneer car stereo (FH-​7200). When my mom opened it, she was SOOO happy. Then the next day, we came here and Eric (what a coincedence) set up the car stereo in less than an hour. When music started playing in our car, I thought my mom was going to cry from happiness.
