We all know how hard it is to find a RELIABLE auto place that doesn’t have LAWYER PRICES and I can fully say this is it.
I have a 2003 BMW 325ci (We all know BMW’S love to have expensive hiccups) that I always take to them if it has the flu or needs a check up. They always AFFORDABLE… Y and with QUALITY bring it back to life, so I don’t have to borrow cars or waste all my money on sketchy Über drivers that won’t stop talking to me.
LAST TIME I FIXED MY CAR HERE: My girlfriend accidentally destroyed the front of my car by crashing it into the back of some jerk who suddenly slammed on his breaks in front of her. I did not have liability, so I had to pay out of pocket. They helped me out a lot by finding affordable parts for me and sparing the ones that could be reused. MY BABY IS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN with no problems at all and I still had a couple extra dollars to buy a Big Mac.
P. S. They also always wash and leave an awesome air freshener in my car.

had to take my Car back twice because it was still shaking after Robert fixed it. as I had mentioned before Amir or Damir whatever his name was went to Europe. so I call to tell Robert and he says that maybe the parts were defective in which I swapped them out to genuine part. Robert did inform me that if I can wait a few days to bring the car until he got caught up with all his work he would NOT charge me for labor again and I said sure no problem so I waited for him to let me know when it was ok to bring car back. the day of I dropped my vehicle off and before he ordered the parts and text me to let me know how much the genuine parts would be. I said ok. when he was done he called me and said he drove the car and no shaking and told me how much the labor was. I didn’t mention it because I needed my car asap as I had to get to my second job within 10 mins which was a few blocks away. when I got there I told him I needed to run across the street to the atm to get the money to pay him and he suggested that I go to the bank up the street so I didn’t have to say for using the atm and plus he wanted me to drive the car. get in car no shaking, go to the back and withdraw money. I didn’t have exact change to. he told me to give him half the labor now and half in about a week. he wanted me to drive the car a few days before I paid him the remainder of the money.
1. what kind of shop will let you take the car if it isn’t paid in full including parts and labor???
so a week goes by and again the car is still shaking so I call the shop and Damir/​Amir is back from his trip to Europe and I explained the situation to him and he told him my concerns about the car and being charged again for labor and he wanted me to bring the car so he could look at it.
1 work 2 jobs so I was able to take it this week and when I got there he already seemed to be irritated with me from the conversation prior. (I called him hours before and told him what time I will be there and even left work early for my lunch break to make sure I was on time, and he said ok)
when I got there and Robert was in front of him, he denied ever charging me for the second time and I was in shock. I told Damir/​Amir that I can not believe Robert is being dishonest about the whole situation. He told me he has worked for me for 4 years and I trust him (I was so in shock) so basically he told me in so many words that he didn’t believe me. I could not believe him either. so we took the car on a drive and he saw the car was shaking as well and when we got back he said he wanted to put the car on the rack and asked me how much longer I had on my lunch break and I told him 30mins. so he goes in shop and has me standing outside for 20 mins and didn’t come back to communicate anything to me I had to approach him. when I did I asked him how much longer and he said 30mins I told him you should have communicated that to me as im on my lunch. so I asked him when can I bring car back and he says hes there from 8am-​10pm and I told him I could bring it back after 4pm that day and he tells me he has so much work I can bring it back Tuesday. Mind you this was Wednesday so 6days… Really. so I leave and go back to work and text him this:
just wanted to let you know that you are very unprofessional! I’m a paying customer just like your other customer! I have never asked for anything free! I called you because my car is not fixed! I understand that you have a business to run and I told you what time I would be down there! I even left work a few minutes early to make sure I was on time! From the time I arrived you acted as if I was being a burden! Not to mention how Robert acts as if he doesn’t recall what took place while you were gone! When we arrived back I told you that I had 30 mins before I had to return to work and you handed me my keys back and I was 20 mins that went by before I approached you to asked you how much longer it would be and you told me about 30 mins when I told you prior that I only had that! You did not make any effort to communicate that to me before hand, and then you said that you would be there until 10 but when I asked when I could bring my vehicle back you told me Tuesday! That’s 6 days, really? The trust has been broken due to how poorly I was treated today and in regards to this whole situation
and he replies:
Ok i am so sorry we are so backed up, i understand the car still shakes. I plant to work that out and at times it takes more then 45min to diagnose the problem. From what robert described is that the car only shook when breaking on the freeway. After driving the car today i can see the car always shakes! So something else must have went wrong in between the two visits. I want to check the drive shaft and that can take up to a hour… The brakes felt 100% good. I can offer you all of your money back also (270 – 300) and you can take it to another place if you like. I am sorry for the time wasted today. Thank you

I spoke to Robert on the phone a few weeks ago. I didn’t get any work done here but after this conversation I am pretty sure all my future auto needs will be done here.
I had been calling around to lots of shops to see if they can give me a quote on some work I needed done. I had it diagnosed at Subaru and since my car was dead, not looking to tow it to every shop in town. However, every shop was telling me that they can definitely beat Subaru’s price just tow it on over. Knowing that I wont want to tow it everywhere. It’s really hard to call shops and get an honest answer when you’re a female trying to get some auto work done.
However, when I spoke to Robert he was very straight forward and honest with me. He told me the price of the parts of everything I needed and told me I had a fair price and no one could really beat their price by much. Apparently one of the parts I needed was ridiculously priced and only Subaru makes it which is why the work I needed done was so pricey. Just hearing this from him let me know he was sincere and someone I definitely want to do business with in the future. Thanks again!

Awesome place. Great and efficient service here. They don’t rip you off like some auto places would to females. Straight up and documents work through photos for customer comfort. Honest work with positive results.

I am not a customer. However I would avoid this place completely.
My friend just bought her new (used) car, drove it home and left the lights on overnight. They came accross the street and jump-​started the car to take it to their garage — they get full marks for that.
She called later and they said, «The battery won’t accept any charge. You’ll need a new one.»
I told her I’d drive her there, give her a jump if needed, and test the battery myself for free (I have the equipment).
When we came unexpectedly, the car had it’s lights on, but the engine off (draining the battery). He was surprised to see her (and myself). When he (the mechanic) started the car, it turned right over. The battery has been fine ever since.
The cherry on the cake was that he charged her $ 45 dollars — the only real item on the list was charging the battery (which Autozone will do for free).
In my opinion, this place is highly unethical.

Amir and Rob, definitely know there shit when it comes to cars. I had a clutch and flywheel replacement done on my 1999 Mercury Cougar V6 manual and they nailed the job. It runs great and smooth. It definitely felt like a new car. My only qualm, as with most auto shops, is that their pricing per part is always more expensive than if you bought the part yourself. No stars dinged though, these guys are honest and even document their repair process with photos. Solid work, I will definitely be bringing the car back, should I need a fix.

I am reviewing this shop based on my one experience. Your experience may vary, but for me it was excellent. Had a drive belt break (fray and break completely). Got the car into this shop (they were close and it’s VERY hard to drive the car when no power is getting generated to steering, etc) and Rob told me «no problem.» He went online, got the quote for the belt, told me he’d get it within an hour and it would probably take 3 hours to complete since he had to get the old frayed belt out (which was probably a real pain).
He called me in a few hours, told me the car was done, and charged me what I considered to be a reasonable price (and I verified the price range online).
So, all in all, he did a great job and saved me a tow to the dealer.
If it matters, it looks like they rent the garage from the Shell station. The station looks like it rents one of the stalls to a smog check and another one to these guys. Didn’t matter to me as long as they got the job done.

This auto shop has saved my bacon on 3 occasions, and I am long overdue for writing a review. This is what a neighborhood gas station/​auto shop should be like.
First, I managed to get my car hood stuck — the latch wouldn’t operate. It was necessary because I had to drive to a windshield repair shop on a rainy day to get the cracked windshield replaced — but first I had to repair my wipers, which had blown apart on Hwy 101 during a downpour the day before. In the attempt to fix my wipers, I managed to screw up the latch. My other car had problems as well, and I was at the end of my vehicle rope, so to speak.
I live near Winchester and Williams and went to the Shell station on a Sunday morning, expecting it to be closed, and the mechanic fixed the latch, got the wipers functional, and lowered my blood pressure for no charge. Perhaps my car distress was plain to see. Eternally grateful.
Second, on the day before a month-​long work trip, I realized I had 3 days to get my son’s car smogged. Again, I run to the closest smog station, Winchester Shell, about 6 pm on a Saturday. Almost closing time. He asked me if I brought a coupon. Ever the bargain hunter, I offered to drive back home and print the on line coupon. No worries, he said, I’ll give you the $ 20 coupon. My 1987 truck passed the smog, no problems, and no late fees.
Third, I was almost home in the Winchester exit lane of Hwy 280 and a car in distress, attempting to exit quickly, sideswiped me and slammed me into the wall. I drove away with significant body damage. D&S checked my car mechanically for damage, and gave it the thumbs up. In the aftermath they did my brakes, and installed new shocks and tires — overdue. Total cost about what I would pay elsewhere, but I’m close to home and they give me higher quality parts.
The mechanics are trustworthy and the smog shop is dependable and competitive. A one-​stop shop.
These guys are just nice. Give them your business. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely terrible service, these guys have no idea what they’re doing. I will make sure I take my vehicles to somewhere else.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to write this one. I have tried different business throughout the years and have always had issues with either the overbilling or with the service itself, but this time I think I found my new place. They are always helpful and courteous. I have had a number of things done and I am very satisfied. I did not feel like I was being scammed or overpriced. The mechanic, Damir fully explained what needed to be done and did it within the timeframe he promised. The place is right in the middle of everything and I was able to get things done while my car was worked on.
