We had a leak in our solar that all other companies said would require a replacement. While it’s an old system, we were hoping to get a couple more years out of it. Dee came and was able to quickly take care of it. Months later, we still haven’t had an issue! Dee was very friendly and professional, and a great help!

We have had Dee «Da Pool Guy» taking care of our pool and spa for many years now, and are very satisfied with his service. Our last pool guy was very unreliable, and even accused our 14 year old «toothless» greyhound of attacking him, what a laugh! Dee is very professional, always shows up to service our pool/​spa when he says he will (even calls me to let me know if he needs to change the date or when he will be on vacation). He has serviced our pool pump, and explained all services he has done. He is a great resource for us if we have questions about our aging pump system, and has never steered us wrong. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a pool maintenance service that actually takes care of your pool or spa, and is very reasonable.

Dee has been servicing our pool, hot tub and solar for several years. In summer the pool is well used (dogs, teenagers, soccer teams, parties, etc.) We also have a sand volleyball court in the back so pool maintenance with all the sand, animals and kids makes it a bit challenging. Dee is professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest. Dee always shows up & communicates any potential issues (amazingly he can fix anything!) and if he’s not confident with the repair, he has a network of trusted associates to call upon for consultation (this happened once when the pump malfunctioned). Unfortunately (for Dee) the pump malfunction was on the weekend, when I called in a panic (even though it was his birthday) Dee was available to rush over to asses the situation. I like Dee, I trust Dee and would recommend him to all!

I have been with Da Pool Guy for 5 years and he’s been the best the service I have had. He is always in time and my spa is always ready. If my spa doesn’t need anything, he tells me. Who does that? He has my top recommendation.

I have been with Da Pool Services about 10 years and never had any problems. The guy does a very goo job, always on time. My pool is always crystal clean.

Da Pool Guy Service was the worst pool service that we have ever hired for our pool. Here is the story. We have this pretty nice sized pool with a old filter not in the best conditions. This” Da Pool Guy” Representative comes and looks at our pool and gives us a price. He says, for $ 300 he can get our pool clean and working. We are like OK cool. Two weeks come and all the guy does is put a lot of chemicals in the pool. However it is still not ready, it is also quite cloudy. Being the nice (stupid) people we are we pay him the full amount. My boyfriend (Anthony) and I realize that we should have paid him half first then the rest later. Anthony calls him and is like, I was wondering how much longer till the pool is clean and the guy was like about 2 more weeks. we were both like What? You said that It would take you two weeks not a month. I mean if you were not sure why give a time frame. That’s Unprofessional and stupid to do that. My pool party was only 3 days away and I was expecting a swim able pool for my guests. The guy kept saying that he was busy and had a tight schedule. Anthony was like well can you at least come and make it look a little nicer, so he comes and makes the water a little clearer and says that’s the best I can do. So we end up having my party and maybe like a week later in a text he quits. I mean wow that’s really grown up of you. In the text he basically said that the pool filter required too much work. How funny that he had to tell us that after we paid him. Why couldn’t he tell us sooner? Very long story short we feel ripped off and don’t recommend anyone to go to that business. If you do, do not pay the full amount up front. Well I guess we learned our lesson.
