Dunn John T, DDS

Met DDS Dunn when I was around 14 y/​o, Im now 53. My wife and kids and grand kids see him. He is a wonderful man, helps folks on Sundays when it’s a 911. Never try’s to gauge ya with gas or Xrays. Yup,… your lucky to have him on your TEAM!

Dr Dunne has been my and my wife’s dentist for over 30 years. I think closer to 35, which is a long time. Now, do you think we’d be with him for all this time if we weren’t happy? A couple months ago my wife’s bridge was loose and we called him to see if he could do a little adjustment. It was on a Saturday, close to 5 pm and everyone had gone home. But he was there, waiting for her. It was a minor emergency cause we were leaving for Hawaii in a couple days. He cleaned, adjusted, examined. On a Saturday, late, $ 40. Now where are you going to find a professional that will do all that for that price? Of course it may have helped that we have known him for so many years, but still, he is the best. Don’t get him started on the subject of baseball, lol.

My husbands family has been using dr Dunn for decades they say. They’ve never had any issue with him. My daughter and I just had our first cleaning with him. He was very pleasant and proficient at it. I’ve never been in and out of a chair so quickly. I was apprehensive since dr Dunn still uses the metal picks that set my nerves on edge, but, he did a great job on my teeth. He’s the first dentist that also didn’t admonish me for not flossing after every meal. It’s been a few hours since my cleaning and my mouth isn’t even a little sore and my teeth are spectacularly clean.
The only criticism I have is actually from my very first experience with his office. My husband had a wisdom tooth shattered so we went in for a referral. As I mentioned, my husbands family uses dr Dunn exclusively so there is history with my hubby’s family here. There was an older lady working that day who was very indelicate in the way she asked us something because of my family-​in-​law that almost made us walk out. I feel there was a more tactful way to word it while still asking a sensitive question. Part of the insensitivity would have been avoided had she simply asked if we had insurance coverage., or, looked at the information sheet I had just spent 10 minutes filling out. I don’t hold that against dr Dunn, he was great.
I would recommend dr Dunn to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Our family has been going to Dr. Dunn for 18+ years. Friendly team of Dr Dunn, Char, and Liz.
Dr. Dunn emphasizes preventive maintenance and services, doesn’t do any unnecessary things. The office is open on Saturdays which is very convenient for our family.
He is also on email and clarifies any questions we may have!

I called the office twice for an emergency appointment and Char was excellent! She has great customer care and helped me get an appointment right away. Dr. Dunn is an honest dentist that charges reasonable prices and he’s good at what he does. I’m definitely coming back here because they tell the truth and work quickly and safely. The location is great but not very easy to find but I’m not the best when it comes to directions!
