EA Carpet & Home Cleaning

EA carpet and home cleaning are a great business that I am happy to recommend. Anyone who has ever thought of having their house cleaned probably at some point will pause and wonder if their sink, tub, office, whatever is soo messy/​dirty that to have a cleaning service see it is too embarrassing. Elias and Yareli are so kind, patient, and professional that I have never felt embarrassed about my occasionally less than optimal house cleanliness levels. They also do a fantastic job! The last time they cleaned my house I asked them to clean my living room, which they did to perfection, but Yareli even cleaned the ashes around my fireplace, which I did not ask her to do! When they leave your house you feel happy because your house is so clean and smells clean too. They are very kind, professional, hard working, and honest.

This company still deliver the best service on carpet and home cleaning. After 4 years will recommended for any cleaning service…

I rarely write a negative review, but watch out for this cleaning company. Maybe they are an effective business for simple repeat housecleaning– I don’t know. But I needed to have my rental property cleaned between renters, and had never used them before. I saw the reviews and thought I’d give them a try. I met prior to the cleaning day with Elias, and he saw the property and we mutually agreed upon the scope of the work and the clean day. I left a key for him to enter the property. I told him I was not able to be there that day, and he agreed. On the clean day I received 3 phone messages which were difficult to understand. I was not able to answer my phone, but heard them about an hour later. I called him back as soon as I heard the messages and continued to call all afternoon. I tried again all day the next day. All of those calls went UNANSWERED. He finally called me back on the 3^rd day after I told him I was going to leave a negative Unilocal response. He claimed that they couldn’t clean the shower because it needed repair. I asked him what about the rest of the house? He said that because I didn’t answer my phone, they decided to leave. I can not believe that they can do business like this. What a waste of my time to have met him in the beginning. I had to arrange to drive to the property (I don’t live nearby), meet him, leave keys, and then they don’t deliver. Secondly, I specifically asked him to have the driveway cleaned (I saw another Unilocaler say that they did this service). He doesn’t do this service. He has a friend who does it. Again, he never said that the friend wouldn’t do the oil cleaning until our final conversation today. Needless to say, I’m getting a different service to clean the house.
Watch out for these guys.

Elias & Yareli are outstanding! In regards to the customer who had wine bottles missing: I’ve left cash laying around, jewelry, etc. and they just carefully clean around it. I believe they don’t even drink alcohol. They have been with me for two years and are not only honest, they work hard and do a phenomenal job!

They did a great job cleaning, but their customer service was lacking. They cancelled on me twice in a row with no warning.

When preparing my Willow Glen neighborhood home for sale, I needed some help in getting my home as clean as possible. I contracted with EA Carpet & Home Cleaning to clean the carpets and to perform a «deep clean» of our family home.
The team did a great job. Carpets were cleaned and the house simply «sparkled» after they were done with cleaning the home, washing the windows and power washing the driveway and patio areas. They were professional at all times, worked extremely hard and were affordable.
I would definitely hire them again.

When I was taking over a lease for a new apartment we had EA carpet clean for us. They did a great job. However, I had 2 brand new bottles of wine set aside above the fridge on a shelf for my move in party and when I arrived the next day, they were gone! I called the company and they told me they threw everything away so I checked the trash and it wasn’t there but the rest of the trash was. :(

These guys are the best… My carpet was so dirty i couldn’t even tell what color it was anymore. But then here comes Eliaz and Yareli the carpet pros… 3 rooms were done in just 1 hour. INCREDIBLE! They are great people and real honest. So give them a call if you want your carpet to be squeaky clean.

I went to San Jose to help get my parents home for sale. The house was lived in for almost thirty years and needed a lot of cleaning. After getting numerous bids, I decided with EA. They were the one stop shop. Carpet, window, house. They did it ALL. Price was more than fair. Elias and Yareli– came early in the morning and stayed all day. I guess tthere was more work than they thought and had to come back the next day. Not once did they complain or demand more payment like I know other businesses would have. They gave me a bid, we agreed on it and they stayed until the job was done.. Everything shined. Everyone was impressed with their work. They really made a differenceon how the house looks. They are a respectable business that take pride in their work. Thanks Elias

First off I called them the day before I needed them to do a job — a big job! They were able to book me and had both house cleaning and carpet services. After all my research it was hard to find a company that did both. These guys did. They came to clean my bosses house and he couldn’t have been more happy. They even found $ 1,200 in cash in one of the cupboards and called him to tell them that they found it. Not many people will do that these days, but these guys did. He would definitely use them again.

WOW, what a great job they did on my windows! Not only were they very accommodating to my schedule but they did a FABULOUS job. They were on time and got the job done flawlessly. I am going to start using them regularly.

They do an excellent job and take care in attending to all of the necessary details that are important to us. They are very thorough and professional and their rate is reasonable. They work hard to please, are very pleasant and have always been reliable. We have recommended them to friends and have appreciated their additional cleaning services including carpets and windows. The added ‘extras’ each time they clean, such as a kitchen cabinet being organized, the front step being swept or even the bathroom toilet paper being folded into a design has impressed us and we can’t wait for them to come the next time.

Wow! Amazing service. I just got my entire home carpeting cleaned a few days ago and I was very much impressed with the results. I didn’t think it would look this well. The person servicing my carpet was very professional, arrived promtly, and just did a wonderful job. They gave me very good pricing and a discount for being a new customer, definite plus there. I highly recommend this business to anyone out there, I highly doubt they’ll get better pricing for this high quality job anywhere else.
