I have been using Ecko for over 3 years for business primarily. Anything from airport transportation to large corporate events. Harry and team is truly dedication to the best service possible. We recently celebrated our 10th anniversary between my wife and I. We decided to have Harry help us arrange a dinner to the city and back! Andy, the driver and Harry were spot on. Couldn’t have made any more perfect. Thank you team Ecko for everything.

We used Ecko to take our daughter and a friend to a concert in Concord and very happy we made Ecko our choice. The town car arrived 15 minutes early and after the concert was over the driver Eddy came out of the vehicle to meet the girls and get them back to the car and on the way home. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could and the girls only had the highest praise for their driver. In addition, arranging for a vehicle that met our needs was a pleasure due to the efforts of Issa at the Ecko office. Highly recommend Ecko for your limo and car service needs and I know we will use them again when needed.

Great service! My driver showed up 15 mins early. The luxury vehicle was spacious and comfortable. Driver assisted with my bags. I have used this service 3 times to go to airport. Very reliable.

Disappointed twice by Ecko now. I will never use them again! Had an hour by hour reservation for 6 hours of service. Morning of my event they tell me the driver can’t pick up my group at 6:00 PM as scheduled. He can only come at 7:00 PM. They had no alternative offer. Unacceptable!

Very reliable always 5 star service. Wonderful, kind and helpful staff. Prices are excellent and the quality of cars outstanding. Keep up the good work. My favourite location is Napa valley wine tour and I would definitely go back, wonderful and knowledgeable people always ready to help. Highly recommended.

I don’t normally use a car service for my airport runs but this time it was necessary and I’m really glad i chose ECKO. These guys were awesome.
I made a mistake and reverses my pick up and drop off locations. The driver called me from the airport, while I was waiting at my house. He told me it was no problem and he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He made it to my house quickly and got me safely to the airport with 2 minutes to spare on my check in. It was perfect.
On the drive to the airport he told me he had already called the office and informed them of the corrections to my plans. I received updated confirmations by email in less than an hour.
The drive home was also on time and smooth. Both drivers drove very safe, were nice and very professional. The price was also reasonable. Way better than taking a cab!

Ecko Transportation is the best service I have ever used in the whole Bay Area. The chauffeur appeared 15 min earlier, was very kind, helped me with my luggage. It was obviously that he was familiar with the area and was very professional wile driving. Everything within the vehicle was arranged in a straight and neat manner. I used Ecko to book a tour to Napa for my husbands birthday. The driver was very courteous and arrived 15 minutes before time. He was very professional and took us to smaller wineries he knew which was great as there wasnt too much crowd.
The owner also called back the next morning immediately to get feedback on the trip we made.
I would def use this company again just for their vehicles and courteous receptionist!

Punctual, classy vehicles, courteous drivers, easy communication w admin/​dispatch — only negative things I could think to say are the driver did spend a moment too long looking at this phone for directions or something as we pulled away, but fine after that. Guess they could always be a little cheaper. But really the driver was great all-​around and I’d actually expect and pay more for this service, haven’t had better, so they still earned 5 from me — I’ve already used them again, and will a third time soon.

I needed a ride to the airport and my friend recommended I call Harry to book a town car because they were awesome. I was a bit skeptic because I didn’t see any reviews for the company so when I experienced my excellent service I had to write one for them. Recently I had a flight going out of SFO and I booked a twon car. My flight was delayed and the company was super accommodating in making adjustments and basically waited on me to make sure I made it to the airport on time. The driver was very professional and even got to my place on time, which is hard to find now a days. I will definitely use this service again and glad my friend referred me to them.

Bad experience used their online reservation and never received a conformation I had to call them only to find out that they were all booked the day before my sons prom then once I call they then proceed to send me the email that they are booked not good will not recommend

I booked Ecko limo this summer for my friend’s bachelorette party. (I was helping the maid-​of-​honor.) My friend was a big clubber in her single days so we decided we would take in her three favorite clubs in the city in style as a sort of goodbye to the single life sort of thing.
The driver – who incidentally was really swarthy and handsome – picked us up on time and did a great job of keeping the mood light and friendly throughout. When one of the clubs we wanted to go to was overly packed, he even gave us a great recommendation on an alternative.
The limo we got – a stretch hummer – was fully loaded and in top condition and so big we barely even felt like we were in a moving vehicle even as we got onto the hills of the city and we got progressively more tipsy.
The price was reasonable and if you are doing a long event, you can get a free bottle of champagne. The person who complained about the gratuity below, I think is off her rocker. In my experience a 15% gratuity for limo drivers is pretty standard.
We have nothing but good things to say about Ecko limo. And I hear they also are great for wine tasting trips into Napa and Sonoma. Definitely something to take advantage of before the weather turns bad again.

Ecko Limousine Service is one of the best transportation service in the Bay Area we have used several different transportation services and while their service was ok it was not extraordinary. We found that Ecko offers a more high tech approach to their offerings such as availability online, email, facebook, twitter. When traveling internationally or on long trips they also offer chargers for your laptops, mobile and other electronic devices to help get you up and running again.
I have personally used Ecko and I’ve requested a survey from all my travelers and they were very pleased with the service, they said Ecko drivers were very friendly, courteous and professional. If you want to relax they provide a quiet atmosphere, if you want to catch up on the news there’s Wall Street Journal or New York Times for your convenience and you favorite beverages for refreshments. They truly go out of their way to please their clients.
