Ever-Smile Dental Care

Minal is nothing short of an artist. She takes her profession very seriously. Recently we had my wife’s work done on two absolutely very difficult previously done root canals. She did an amazing painstaking work with immense amount of patience. She explains you every minute detail and she always takes the least risk prone methods. If you are looking for work to be done with absolute dedication then you are in for the best dentistry, or the the best artistry as I jokingly say. I am amazed why that bad review, because we have been going since past 8 plus years and never has she o her office staff has disappointed us.

Wow, I don’t agree with the bad review at all! Dr. Minal is lovely, she’s very friendly and personable. I have been going to Ever Smile for the past 3 years and have never had any problems. The reception staff and assistants are always really nice and Dr. Minal really knows her stuff. She always explains everything she needs to do and is very gentle when doing gum cleaning and fillings. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This place is terrible-​DO NOT GO HERE! SCAMMERS!
I went here to get my teeth cleaned a little less than a year ago (I had to leave my childhood dentist because he was no longer covered under my insurance).
As soon as I walked in, I should have been wary due to the un-​professional appearance and décor-​everything was extremely casual and did not have that antiseptic dentist office smell.
Throughout the cleaning, the dentist talked down to the hygienist as I sat very uncomfortably under them.
I walked out with one cavity-​got it fixed, end of story.
I then come back in 2 weeks ago for another cleaning. The dentist in no way tried to help me better my dental issues; rather, she was rude and very argumentative. She did not offer preventative options-​she only tried to sell me on multiple services such a 3 dimensional fillings and a gum graft (are you kidding me?).
The day after my cleaning, the dentist called me and said that she had reviewed my x-​rays and was «very concerned». She said I needed 4 fillings-​2 of which were due to cracked sealants I had gotten as child and most likely needed root canals. She proceeded to reprimand me and get loud and rude with me as we were looking at the x-​rays.
At her request, I brought my old dental records to her office. She said that the records would not suffice and that she needed my old dentist’s personal notes and x-​rays. This is not true.
She then called my old dentist and as soon as he said I had cavities before, she jumped on it and agreed wholeheartedly that yes, I indeed needed work done.
I was then seen by my old dentist a week later and he determined that I had 2 cavities, but NO they were not root-​canal status.
Now, when I call and try to get all my information out of that office, the dentist won’t release them-​she said she would «call me when they are ready».
Consider yourself warned.
