Unprofessional receptionist… make me waited another hour for nothing.
The Geico estimator is useless… underestimate the damages. Trunk is bent but he told me… it is still repairable…
I’m sorry but let’s think my car is yours… you probably won’t say that.
You should do a better job.
Totally waste my time.

I took my 2015 ML350 Mercedes Benz here to be fixed after someone scraped my back bumper and broke my mirror. The workers at this body shop did a great job. The car looks amazing again, just like new. They were very fast, professional, and did a quality paint job on my high-​end car. They are StateFarm certified and Mercedes Benz certified, and the work is superb. The car was ready in just one week — No hassle! They also took out a couple of door dings on both sides of my car doors complementary (!), while the bumper was being painted, and the mirror was being fixed. All in one week. I am very happy with this body shop and the work they did on my car. Highly recommend!

My insurance recommended that I take my car hear since they had an adjuster onsite. With hesitation I did. We arrived 5 minutes early and checked in. 30 minutes past our appt time we were still waiting.
Sorry but time is money. If you cant honor my appointment time at least call to re-​schedule. I ended up leaving and calling my insurance to cancel my service here. I will be taking it elsewhere. Looks like you just lost some business.

From personal experience only.
I have taken my 2012 red accord to this body shop 3 times already for vandalism/​minor scratches etc etc and all the 3 times, I’ve had great experience working with Robert and the team at Fix Auto.
They give a fair estimate value and would only fix whats need to be fixed, not adding and/​or tries to up-​sale you.
From what I can tell, they are very professionals; do give it a shot if you’re in the san jose area and need some sort of autobody fixing done on your car.

This is a review for the lady Gloria at the reception only– before my appointment with Matthew the day before I tried calling to confirm my appointment, she didn’t seem to be willing to help me and just said he’s busy with a customer and wanted me to call back. As a receptionist and consider that’s her job, I thought she would be able to confirm my reservation for me.
The next day I arrived at the auto shop and she was busy on the phone and I had to stand there and waited just for her to get off the phone to help me. Then she said I’m going to have to wait since I didn’t have an appointment! That’s the whole reason I called the day before. Not attentive, bad customer service and very unprofessional.

The folks are very professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend to all of my friends.

Edit: I see that some «professional» reviewers such as Sandra L. have posted stellar reviews… Who has customers who come to your shop and post professional grade photos in their reviews un less you are paying them to do it?

Went for repairs thro Geico since they had a rental car office and adjuster in their office. Looked at Unilocal reviews and saw that people were happy with their service so I felt it will be easy to get a door scratch (hit and run) fixed. The people are mostly very polite but they made a mess of my repairs.
The paint at the repair site on the door started peeling so took it back. They also misaligned my boot and rear fender so had to get that fixed as well. Was immediately patronized by a elderly bald gentleman about how he is doing me a favor of repairing my car. [ Why he had that attitude is unclear]
They fixed the paint peeling issue only for me to hit a new issue today of the door slowly getting misaligned since the bolts are not fastened correctly.
I have filed an complaint with Geico, will update.
EDIT: UPDATE: As suspected the door was not fitted properly and hence brushing against front door.

Best auto repair shop ever!
Stellar customer service from literally EVERYONE I interacted with, even the techs who worked in the shop. With two rear end collisions within a single month, they went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process a breeze with frequent email updates on the status of my car, dealing with my AAA insurance, and arranging my Hertz pickups and drop offs. They are also a AAA authorized repair shop so their work is guaranteed and they truly uphold AAA’s high standards.

I know where I’ll be going next time I need any body work done. I recently had my Mustang vandalized and AAA pointed me towards Fix Auto. Dave was an absolute help and made my first comprehensive insurance claim a breeze. The office staff are very helpful and try to make it as easy for the customer as possible. It’s easy to tell that a lot of people trust this business just by the shear amount of cars they have there on a daily basis, but it’s worth the wait (especially if your insurance is providing you a rental.)

Great customer service and professional staff, they had a geico examiner and an enterprise-​rent-​a-​car guy with them so for me it was a one-​stop shop. I dropped off my car for repairs and got a substitute and then got the repaired car in a week.
I had a minor bump on the car and Geico had me go here for repairs. They are open Saturdays until 12:30 noon, which helps a lot with scheduling, I would suggest calling in and confirming earlier if its a drive for you since they seem to be busy enough to warrant that. My car has some special decal for the Mustang which seem to be hard to find, Fix auto also offered to look for it for me. Of course a lot has to do with the agreement that your car insurance company has with them and your insurance plan, but all in all, I found it a very hassle free and no pressure experience.

The friendliest auto repair folks I’ve encountered!
I was sent here from an insurance adjuster and came on a Saturday for my appointment. The insurance company overbooked them so I offered to come back another day. Becky was kind enough to take photos of my car and quickly write up my quote.
The lobby facilities is very clean. There’s ambient music, a 6 seats, a Nespresso and a phone charging station!

The best experience ever, everybody was so nice and accommodating nothing but great energy and authenticity. They went above and beyond for me and my vehicle if anything happens to my car again that is the only place that I will be bringing my car to. I am really big on customer service and the lady in front including everybody that I came into contact with was just a delight to be around, good job!

The folks at Fix Auto did a great job on my car (admittedly, it was a minor repair), it was ready on time, and they have great customer service.

Their staff is consistently friendly and professional. I had an awesome experience both times, first when I brought in my Pathfinder in October, and then my Explorer just recently. Fast, efficient service. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Car delivered ahead of schedule. Courteous staff. One small spot was missed on the repair. When I pointed it out to them, they immediately acknowledged the error, were very apologetic, and dropped everything they were doing in order to take care of it immediately. They are total pros and I highly recommend them.

I went to this auto shop after a friend recommended it. I was very happy from the beginning. I went in on a Saturday morning and spoke with David. He gave me a quote on the spot, told me what insurance companies they dealt with and set me up with an appointment on the spot. When I brought my car in they only took two days, and honestly you couldn’t tell there was any damage ever done to my car. They even hand washed it before returning it, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Someone accidentally rear-​ended me back in October while I was driving home and so the other party’s insurance suggested this auto shop to fix my dad’s car, since (1) it’s one of their vendors and (2) it’s close by to where I live. So my dad and I decided with this place.
Brought the car in yesterday morning and by afternoon, I received a call/​text saying the car would be ready by 3pm today. They stuck with the time. Today, I received a text from them saying the completion was done and it was only around 2pm!
After school, went to go pick up the car. It was fixed. They even washed and vacuumed inside the car! Plus, they have super friendly service.
Although the price the other party paid for us was nothing like we imagined, the service was quick and they went straight to business with everything taken care of. Car was done within 1.5−2 days. Quickest I’ve ever experienced.

They have very nice and friendly staffs, I was satisfied by their service every time I called or visited.
My car got hit from behind 2 weeks ago and AAA recommended this place to have my car fixed; they were very professional and explained the entire process clearly without me worrying.
My service consultant was Robert; he explained what they would do to fix the car when I dropped it off, called me few day later to follow up with the process and then called me as soon as the car’s fixed. He was also very patience when I asked (many) questions. The front desk lady was very patience and helpful as well, always greet their cutomers with smiles.
I got my car back after 8 days and it looked like brand new — they even detail cleaned my car! I just wish they could have fixed it a little bit sooner than that. However, it’s still a great place and I highly recommend Fix Auto to everyone.
